Un très bon séjour avec un excellent rapport qualité prix
Pros:

L’accueil incroyable du concierge présent en soirée qui parle un très bon français et s’est montré de très bon conseil et très très gentil !
La situation de l’hôtel est idéal grâce au tram à quelques minutes à pieds !

Cons:

L’hôtel est un peu vétuste et cela se sent (sèche-cheveux au fonctionnement aléatoire, draps un peu élimés même si propres !)

Good overall
Pros:

A good far but well connected

Cons:

They did our bed but we did not ask for it. It was a nice gesture but I left valuable items in the room and was not expecting the maid to enter. If that’s the standard should be clarified. In a 5 star hotel you have a sign so perhaps something they can implement

Pros:

Nichts, ich war froh als es vorbei war

Cons:

Das Hotel ist dreckig und alt.
Zimmer sind schmutzig in jeder Ecke, das Bad ist extrem klein, das Waschbecken so groß wie eine Hand.
Wasserhahn und Duschkopf muss man vorsichtig anfassen um nicht Angst zu haben dass sie kaputt gehen.
Es ist sehr laut nachts und das Frühstück ist auch nichts besonderes.
Personal total unfreundlich und unmotiviert

Cons:

Disagio dovuto al cattivo funzionamento dell' aria condizionata nella stanza. Ho chiesto di cambiare stanza e dopo un po' sono stata accontentata. Tuttavia ciò ha comportato un notevole disagio in quanto ha ritardato la possibilità di potermi rilassare, fare una doccia e riposare. Sono arrivata esausta alle 23.00 di una caldissima serata e mi sono potuta sistemare non prima delle 00.30.

Nota positiva la colazione e la signora che la serve.

Cons:

Bagno troppo piccolo e senza finestra, eravamo in 3 persone, improponibile. Complessivamente troppo caro per quello che offre la stanza

価格が安く、安心して滞在ができました。部屋に冷蔵庫があります。トラム駅から5分くらい歩きます。受付は24時間で安心です。外出時は鍵を受付に預けるタイプです。ビデはありません。エアコンあります。窓のシャッターで日光を遮断できます。

Cons:

クリーニングの匂いなのか，部屋の中が独特な酢のような匂いがしました。すぐに慣れて気にならなくなりましたが。
