السرعة في الخدمه والموظفين محترمين ويقومون في المساعدة واخص في موظفين الاستقبال لهم كل الشكر على الخدمة الممتازه اسمها DHANU واشكر ايضا الموظفة PALAK لهم مني جزيل الشكر 🌹

I would like to give 4 or 5 out of 10 fort stay.
Pros:

View, location and rooms were spacious.

Cons:

Pasta was not very bad.

My friend requested for a room service in between the stay earlier it was done once we were back but then upon complaining it was done in a hurry in which housekeeping staff took all bath robes and mini towels and then have to call for towels by calling them.

iPad was not working due to some issue in the iPad.
Staff was bit ignorant or careless I can say to the request made by us through phone calls.

Lovely evening at the Four Seasons bar
Pros:

We were a family of 4 and spent a very enjoyable evening at the Four Seasons bar. Simar was very attentive to our needs and her friendly attitude and thoughtful recommendations made our evening. Our thanks to Steven and Manish who made our drinks and patiently took our photos.

Beautiful Drinks & Atmosphere
Pros:

We went for drinks at far copitas - spectacular view and vibe. Had a perfectly balanced, absolutely delicious cosmo mixed by Stephan and delivered to our table by the very kind and friendly Manush. Service was wonderful, drinks delicious and vibe beautiful. Definitely check this spot out!

Pros:

Thank you entire team of Fs Bengaluru. Last minute my wedding night was booked at this hotel. I thought city hotel and don't give much importance but when we checked in the room was decorated and left a personalized note from Vijay and Suman(Housekeepers) along with cake. Later Vijay arranged bouquet which we didn't expect. Overall we enjoyed our stay. Will be back soon .
