Our stay at the Four Seasons Bengaluru was truly wonderful, made even more special by the warmth and personal attention of the team.
A special thank you to Shraddha from Reception, who made us feel so welcome from the moment we arrived. Her thoughtful notes left in our room were such a lovely personal touch and made us feel genuinely cared for.
Sneha from Food & Beverage was warm, attentive and always ready to assist, while Chef Deepak Kumar took great care in ensuring that our dining experience was exceptional. Their genuine hospitality and attention to detail made every meal memorable.
We would also like to thank Irfan, our driver, who safely and pleasantly took us to the airport. His courteous and helpful manner was greatly appreciated.
Thank you to the entire Four Seasons Bengaluru team for making our stay so comfortable, memorable and special. We look forward to returning!

Elegant urban hotel but not fully memorable
Pros:

I stayed at the Four Seasons Bengaluru during a trip through Karnataka and, overall, I had a very pleasant experience. However, compared with other Four Seasons properties I have visited around the world, I felt this one falls slightly short of the exceptionally high standards usually associated with the brand.
It is an elegant, well-managed city hotel with a relaxed atmosphere and excellent service. The staff are consistently friendly, professional and genuinely helpful, exactly what one expects from a luxury hotel.
The rooms are spacious, comfortable and well appointed, although they are not especially distinctive. The swimming pool is pleasant and offers a welcome break after a day spent exploring Bangalore.
One aspect I particularly appreciated is the location. While not in the very heart of the city, it is close enough to reach the main attractions easily, yet far enough from the constant congestion and noise that characterize much of Bangalore. In many ways, I actually found this slightly quieter location to be an advantage.
There is really nothing to complain about; it simply lacks that extra touch of personality and exclusivity that makes the very best Four Seasons hotels truly unforgettable. Nevertheless, it remains an excellent choice for anyone looking for a high-quality hotel in Bangalore.
