Four Seasons Hotel Bengaluru at Embassy ONE

We went for a stay at the Four Seasons recently. The hospitality is the best!!! The infrastructure is also top class as is their maintenance. They excel in every department with regards to personalized service.The employees seem to live their motto.The courteous and polite attendance to our needs is beyond expectations. Bespoke luxury at its best!!!

Wow! This hotel and the team are truly expectional, we had an absolutely amazing time here with our family!! We were so well looked after, the team went out of their way to make us feel special. We celebrated Diwali at the hotel and the hotel team were so kind to let enjoy the fireworks and took us out to local temple afterward. Jacinta organised activities for our 4 and 7 year old every day, and was so kind to them in every interaction, they were over the moon and excited each day to see her. My daughter still talks about as Jacinta her friend in India. We pretty much ate all our meals at the hotel and it is outstanding, the restaurant team are all superb really friendly and make sure you want for nothing, the meals freshly cooked and delicious! Something for all of us each day, nothing was too much the service was first class, all with a smile and friendliness that was beyond expectation. Honestly can’t say enough about the four seasons hotel Bangalore, and especially the hotel team that make this place so special. From the moment we landed, everything was taken of with geniune care and warmth. We had such a wonderful time with you, thank you so much for looking after us and making so many amazing family memories, we can’t thank you enough! Hope you are all doing well, thank you so much again from all the family, for your warmth and kind generosity in all you did for us, we loved being with you 🙏

I loved the property. The green spaces and the number of restaurants and bars.

The Four Seasons in Bengaluru (Bangalore) is one of my absolutely favorite hotels anywhere. The incredibly friendly staff provided a high class and personalized experience.

After staying for a little over a week, I was often greeted with my favorite coffee order which really made me feel special.

I highly recommend this hotel.

Try the afternoon tea in the lounge, visit the amazing spa, and dine at both Cur8 and Far & East.

I looking forward to visiting again.

I stayed at Four Seasons last week and, as always, had a wonderful experience. I have been a regular guest for many years, and one of the main reasons I keep choosing this hotel is the excellent service.
The staff are always polite, attentive, and genuinely make extra efforts to keep guests comfortable. Their care and hospitality make the stay feel special every time. This is why Four Seasons remains my preferred place to stay every year.

Had a great time at Copitas. Service was a bit slow in the beginning, but once things got going, the experience was absolutely worth it.
Big thanks to Akash for looking after us. Always smiling, easy to talk to, and his recommendations were just perfect. Every drink and food item he suggested turned out to be amazing.

The hotel itself is absolutely stunning and clearly well-maintained and looked after. The outdoor and indoor areas were beautiful, and the room we had was absolutely fantastic and was such a high standard throughout and a beautiful space to return to each evening.

However, what really made this holiday was the amazing team of people! Not only the front of house teams that can be seen, but also the back of house team that maintain the gardens, security, maintenance and housekeeping, to name but a few! The room was always spotless and the laundry perfect!

The front of house team whom we had the pleasure of meeting and getting to know, were also exceptional and were so so kind. Kartik, the director of rooms, was brilliant, and Alan and the team on the front desk gave us so much advice. We met the night manager the morning we arrived, and he was brilliant. What a great first impression of things to come.

From the moment we arrived and were driven to the hotel by the lovely Four Seasons driver, everyone was so kind and personal.

A special mention to your food and beverage team. The chefs are exceptional and the food and drink absolutely sublime. The food offerings were incredible. Soham Dhaylr was so kind and introduced us to amazing cuisine and also gave my wife an incredible cookery lesson which was one of the highlights of the holiday. The senior Chef Vivek Kalia really looked after us and also recommended dishes and also spoilt us with personally made dishes that were incredible. He clearly inspires his team. We were also personally shown by Chef Anirudh and Chef Saleem the incredible catering the team puts together for weddings at the hotel.

A further special mention also to the food and beverage manager, MD Iftekhar and the Director of F&B , Kazim, who really looked after us in the restaurants.

Sneha in the restaurant was so amazing and went so much effort to make our anniversary and overall stay so very special. Chandini, Sid, and so many more colleagues were also lovely and made us feel special. It was lovely to get to know this great team.

Jacintha Sneha was also amazing with impeccable customer service throughout our stay. Amazing customer service and time are always provided by her.

Lovely front desk team. The advice from Alun was brilliant.

The coffee shop team were so kind and exceptional and always made us feel so special.

Preetham in the gym was just brilliant and provided expert fitness advice.

Had a wonderful lunch here with our 1-year-old. The staff was incredibly accommodating, the service was fast (a lifesaver with a toddler!), and the food was excellent. The restaurant was clean, spacious, and very welcoming to families.

Our special guy akash as always who was incredibly attentive, friendly, and helpful throughout our visit. His recommendations were spot on and made our evening even more enjoyable.
The outdoor seating offers one of the best city views, creating the perfect atmosphere to relax and enjoy the evening. The cocktails were outstanding, the ambiance was elegant and vibrant, and the overall experience exceeded our expectations.
