Pros:

Das Hotel hat uns gut gefallen. Positiv war der kostenlose Parkplatz, das Gym und das Frühstück. Der Mitarbeiter Afi war sehr engagiert, Afi ist ein Superstar
Es sind genug kostenlose Parkplätze vorhanden.

Cons:

Die Sauberkeit vom Hotelzimmer hätte besser sein können.

Summary of stay: three rooms assigned across five nights, each with a distinct failure.

Room 1: accumulated dirt and dust on the floor, broken glass present.
Room 2: same conditions persisted, plus peeling ceiling material consistent with moisture damage and debris found behind the bed.
Room 3: broken bed frame with exposed metal springs offered as sleeping accommodation. Staff confirmed verbally that this was a known, pre-existing condition never previously reported.

Hotel's own cleaning policy (rooms cleaned every three days) confirms conditions where there before our arrival.

Staff conduct: refused to provide a written complaint reference number, offered two complimentary drinks in place of genuine remedy, and implied we may have caused damage to a bed already known to be broken. This interaction is recorded on audio. Fined us on the parking, being free, and when complained, they ensured it would not reach the renting company. I have a fine by Budget on parking in this hotel.

Health impact: both guests have documented dust allergies and experienced allergic symptoms directly linked to conditions in all three rooms. Medicine and cleaning products were purchased out of pocket, evidenced by credit card records timestamped during the stay.

Prisvärt budgethotell
Pros:

Bra och prisvärt budgethotell där parkering ingår. Familjerummet var rymligt, med pentry, vattenkokare, kyl, och stort badrum. Rent och prydligt. Vi var 4 personer och 2 hundar. Frukostbuffén var ok.

Cons:

Det som saknades på rummet var krokar eller hängare för jackor. Det fanns galgar, men ingenstans att hänga dem. Frukostbuffén fylldes inte på i samma takt som maten tog slut.

Huone kompakti yöpymiseen. Sijainti hyvä ja sopivan matkan päässä Tukholman keskustasta. Aamupala loistava ja henkilökunta ystävällistä ja palvelualtista. Hinta-laatusuhde kohdallaan.

Ok hotell med sköna sängar men en besvikelse att det inte fanns den meny som utlovats.
Pros:

Det var ganska fräscht och rummet var rymligt med sköna sängar. Det fanns en innergård som man kunde sitta på.

Cons:

Incheckningen var långsam pga av fel på datorer så vi fick vänta. Det var en varm dag så tycker att personalen då kunde exempelvis bjudit på en kaffe/ annan dryck.
Vi var hungriga och hade innan tittat på hotellets meny som vi tyckte såg bra ut men när vi frågade efter menyn fick vi veta att det endast serverades en hamburgertallrik eller sandwich. Vi blev erbjudna att äta en slags buffé som ett tyskt sällskap tidigare ätit men den såg inte alls aptitlig ut plus skulle kosta 189 kr per person( inte prisvärt för det som erbjöds).
Eftersom ingen annan restaurang låg på gångavstånd och barnen var hungriga fick vi beställa Mac Donaldsmat från Foodora. Verkligen snopet!

Är du glutenintolerant behöver du köpa med dig bröd! Rum ok och prisvärt!

Cons:

Dålig frukost för glutenintoleranta. Bara riskakor till frukost är inte ok. Tips, köp in olika bröd och förvara dem i frysen. Micra bröd efter behov och efterfrågan från gesten då brödet snabbt blir torrt. Ta bort riskakor det är inget alternativ, det är ett skämt att erbjuda det och dessutom låta dem ligga framme och bli sega. Pinsamt!

Cons:

The shower curtain could have been replaced for a new one. Other than that everything was excellent in our room.
