Pros:

Konumu temizliği personelin çok yardımcı olmasını herşeye kolay ulaşmamızı sevdim. Keşke daha fazla kalabilseydik dedik kalmadık çünkü tatilimiz bitmişti. Herşey çok güzeldi. Oda o kadar büyüktü ki ferah ferah zaman gecirdik.

Pros:

Perfect location, but needs some updates.
The location of this hotel is amazing—right in the center of everything! Check-in was incredibly smooth, and the staff were very helpful and cooperative. While the cleanliness wasn't the best and the place definitely needs some renovations, the great location and budget-friendly price make up for it.

the rest. bathroom door scraping floor, sensor lights too quick to go off, tiny sink in bedroom, none in toilet. Other toilet outside our room where every pee, scratch and fart echoed through our space. Dodgy damaged window blinds. A/C power point and cable in direct contact with mattress. Helpline first reaction to our query about A/C not working was to indicate that someone would attend in the morning (we had booked one night). They only came out after being threatened by a report and review to booking.com
2 very small single beds laid in line along the length of the space. Dirty smelly cushions.

Great location
Pros:

The hotel is located just at the center of the city. You can easily walk everywhere. It was clean and additionally our room was really big with a kitchen.

Cons:

Recepcija radi samo u dopodnevnoj smjeni (i to ne uvijek); u večernjim satima ne možete dobiti nikakvu pomoć; neljubaznost. Iako prostrane, sobe su porilično zapuštene (klimave utičnice i slavine, puknuta wc-daska, pregprjele žarulje...)

Kahvaltı dâhil değildi ama personel yürüyüş mesafesinde güzel bir cafe önerdi ve gerçekten lezzetliydi. Otelin yeri çok iyi, birçok yere yürüyüş mesafesinde. Odanın büyüklüğü ideal.

Cons:

3.kata kadar asansör çıkıyor ancak 4. kata çıkmıyordu, sonrasında valizle çıkmak biraz yordu. Odadaki prizlerden birinin tamir edilmesini öneririm, diğerleri sorunsuzdu. Lobi iyi ve güvenliydi. Check out yapınca valizlerimizi bir süre orada güvenle bırakabildik. Taksi çağırma konusunda personel bize yardımcı oldu.

Apart from these minor issues, everything else was absolutely perfect. It is a great place to stay!

Support: The reception provides round-the-clock service, which is a huge plus.
Easy Check-in: They offer a smooth self-check-in option for late arrivals.
Friendly Staff: The reception team was extremely welcoming and smiling throughout our stay.
Spacious Rooms: The hotel rooms were perfectly spacious and comfortable.
The minibar is stocked with cola, fanta, and water upon arrival. Note that these are paid items, and you need to declare them at check-out.

Cons:

The shower lacked a glass partition, causing some water to leak onto the toilet area. However, we easily managed this by using the floor towel and the shower head hose was broken, which caused some issues with the water flow. Also the elevator only works up to the 2nd floor, not the 3rd floor. This might be a challenge if you have heavy luggage, but hopefully, they will fix it soon.

Pros:

Отель в центре города! Расположен отлично! Рядом кафе, бары рестораны. Рядом много музеев и пешком легко дойти до всех достопримечательностей! Нам дали очень большой номер, это было приятно! Мы приехали рано и нас смогли заселить на час раньше оговоренного!

Otelin konumu çok iyi. 1 hafta arayla 2 defa kaldım. 2. Kalışımda önceki gibi temiz değildi çarşaflar. Çalışanlar yardımseverdi ve her soruma kısa sürede cevap yazdılar. White roomda kaldık.

Cons:

Oda uzun süre konaklamak için çok küçük. Odada ütü ve buzdolabı gibi olanaklar yok.
