A good location but lack of facilities.
Pros:

The location was excellent. Very good air conditioning.

Cons:

After 15:00 there was no one at the reception. One of the staff spoke no English. I had to change my room because the elevator did not function to the room I had been allocated on the third floor. The room I was given on the first floor was tiny and located next to the public toilet with a bathroom light which turned on with movement and went off after a couple of minutes. The bathroom was so small that the sink was in the room and one had to twist to get out without knocking into the broken hand towel dispenser. There was no luggage storage room. We never saw any breakfast service nor any bottled water in the room. Definitely does not deserve more than 2 stars.

The kettle didn't work. The shower flooded half the shower room when in use.
