Stort lägenhet trevlig tjej i receptionen.

Cons:

Kylen var sönder och spoltank i toaletten fungerade ej samt kom massa vatten som rann ner i toalettstolen som gjorde ljudet.ingen fixade detta under 4 nätter vi va där.Städni g kunde vara mycket bättre, ofräscht.

Cons:

L'hotel ha delle potenzialità, grazie alla sua posizione e struttura. Però è gestito senza la minima cura e attenzione, dalla pulizia all'accoglienza. Alcuni esempi: stanza al terzo piano con ascensore indicato come guasto per un giorno ma in realtà non funzionante per tre giorni, grosse macchie di umidità alle pareti, ragnatele nel soffitto delle scale. La camera non è stata pulita tutti i giorni.

Останавливались в Hotel Story в сентябре 2026 года на одну ночь.
Всё было прекрасно. Начиная с отличного расположения в самом центре старого города, заканчивая заботой и отзывчивостью сотрудников отеля, которые сопровождали и консультировали нас по всем возникающим вопросам ещё до момента заезда, в т.ч. по Whatsapp.
В отеле очень приятная атмосфера. Чистота и комфорт, как дома, тишина, несмотря на центровое расположение. В момент нашего пребывания, в отеле не было завтраков, но при необходимости можно было приобрести ваучер на завтрак в хорошем ресторанчике рядом, за умеренную плату в 11 боснийских марок ( ок. 5 евро).
Нам сделали белый картон ( регистрация). Большая благодарность и наилучшие пожелания команде отеля! У Вас нам было уютно. Однозначно рекомендую всем этот объект для размещения.

Cons:

В ванной комнате не было зубных наборов. На наше впечатление об отеле это никак не повлияло, т.к. всё было с собой, но кому-то данная информация может быть полезной

Sicuramente non si tratta di un albergo a 4 stelle, come era già chiaro dalle precedenti recensioni. Non una sorpresa quindi. D'altronde il rapporto qualità prezzo è indubbiamente molto favorevole. Camera spaziosa e funzionale, con divanetto e tavolino, molto comoda (l'unica cosa davvero da 4 stelle). Posizione dell'albergo strategica, in pieno centro, alle porte della Baščaršija.

Cons:

Servizi di accoglienza in reception limitati (si esauriscono alle 16; personale disponibile da remoto h24, ma non sempre in presenza). Riassetto camera solo su richiesta. Pulizia e manutenzione non perfetta (in camera un muro subiva il danno di una infiltrazione dal tetto e la pulizia del divanetto era penalizzata da qualche macchia; lenzuola comunque pulitissime e livello complessivo di igiene comfortevole).

Very Central
Pros:

Location of the hotel is very very central. Bascarsi is just 5 minutes from the hotel. And also Sacred Heart Cathedral is very near. Sara from the reception was really kind and helpful. Special thanks to her care & hospitality. Room was spacious, clean and comfortable.

Cons:

Sometimes there’s no one at the reception, especially during certain hours. I think this is something the hotel should improve, it was only downside of my stay.
