Buena ubicacion para estancia corta
Pros:

La ubicacion es buena, sobre una calle paralela a una zona centrica de bares y restaurantes, se puede acceder caminando a las principales atracciones de la ciudad.
La habitacion era muy amplia, con sillones ademas de la cama.

Cons:

No presta los servicios de hotel, tiene una recepcion muy limitada (de 9 a 12), con lo cual la llegada es autogestionada asi como tambien el checkout.
Al no tener recepcion ahi mismo, envian una persona desde otro lado para solucionar los problemas por fuera del horario. Tuve que insistir pero lo resolvieron. La television no andaba, logre resolverlo por mi mismo.
El ascensor no llega al ultimo piso.
La habitacion presentaba humedad en una de las paredes y la persiana de la ventana no cerraba bien, con lo cual el sol despierta al salir.
Al menos en nuestra habitacion tambien se escuchan ruidos de los bares de la esquina.

Customer service is good and had no issues during the stay of 4 nights.
Pros:

It is situated on ideal location,everything is literally on your doorstep.

Άριστη τοποθεσία

Cons:

Το κλιματιστικό στο ένα δωμάτιο έσταζε όλη τη νύχτα , με 38 βαθμούς Κελσίου στη περιοχή δε μπορούσαμε παρά να το έχουμε σε λειτουργία οπότε Κουνήσαμε το κρεβάτι ώστε να μη στάζει πάνω στο κεφάλι του φίλου μας! Ο τοίχος είχε μούχλα , η βρύση του μπάνιου ήταν τελείως ξεβιδωμένη, δεν υπήρχε σίτα στο μπάνιο , η καθαριότητα κάτω του μετρίου! Το ασανσέρ δεν έφτανε μέχρι τον 3ο όροφο και έπρεπε να ανεβαίνουμε έναν όροφο με σκάλες ενώ είμαι έγκυος! Γενικά χρειάζεται ένας ακόμα καθρέφτης στο διαμέρισμα καθώς υπάρχει μόνο αυτός του μπάνιου και ένας πολύ μικρός , ενώ είναι τετράκλινο, τα στρώματα άβολα , πολύ μαλακά που σχεδόν κατηφόριζαν !

闹市中，最安静和干净的住宿。
Pros:

非常安静，位置极好!周边坐公交车非常的近，去萨拉热窝火车站坐公交200米远，在两条主街中间，却一点噪音都听不见!卫生非常好！并且入住前老板给我发了消息，我没注意。非常好，很有家的感觉，会永远记得!

Great value, great location
Pros:

Location: perfect, right on the edge of the old town, between two museums and less than five minutes walk to where Gavrilo Princip shot the Archduke. Staff: very kind and helpful.
