Pas de petit dejeuner comme prevu, juste rien de bon pour un petit dejeuner ,comme il se doit
Very clean and close to my husband jobs
My bathroom sink was clogged for 2 days and no 1 came after I reported it , I just dealt with it since I was leaving soon
It was modem updated . Clean.
It doesn't have a nice smell to it.
Honestly the beds and rooms are nice, very comfortable beds and pillows. Quiet too. Decent little breakfast for the morning, nothing fancy but it's ok. At least you get something
The elevator has a smell that is really bad and ive noticed it every time I stay at this hotel. They need to fix that, I hold my nose every time! Instant headache otherwise. The rooms actually need some deep cleaning in some areas such as floor in bathroom, shower and behind toilet. The location is sketchy kind of odd location and ugly surroundings. Not enough parking.
Location
Its carpet smells throughout and room had like smell of water carpet was wet underneath AC
The location was ideal
I checked in to the hotel after 4pm. I was issued a key to room 234. When I went to the room it wasn’t ready as the cleaning staff was still preparing it. I had to wait approximately 15-20 mins. The room was booked for two adults, but there was only one wash cloth in the bathroom. I had to go and find the staff to get another wash cloth. Also the tub floor is yellowing, the bed linens specifically the pillowcases had stains and didn’t seem clean and the tile at the front entrance of the room was chipped and cracked.
booking was as easy as was the decision to leave early- description of the hotel was ambitiously optimistic. The bed was actually quite comfortable
From the second we arrived at the hotel, there was a real sense of unease. The parking was in a dirty back lot under a poorly maintained awning and that was the front of the hotel's main entrance!. We were a little nervous to leave the car there. The hotel appeared to have been fairly recently 'renovated' and what they saved by using cheap materials was not spent on quality workmanship or as it turned out, on staff training. The bored and almost hostile reception we got from the front desk was only tempered by his enthusiasm to ask for a $200 security deposit. NB if you do stay here (and I hope you are more fortunate), use a credit card for the security deposit as they have a 'no return policy' for security deposits paid by debit card, but they don't mention that. They only clarified that when I mentioned it had come up in several reviews, I wish I had read before booking.
After checking in and searching for the elevator (there was no direction from the front desk), we followed the bad smell to the dank elevator to be entertained on our ride up to our room by the notices that the pool was not functioning and that there was a $200 fine for anyone who left garbage outside of their rooms.
The room looked ok from afar but was far from good and the bad smell followed us all the way. The same contractor that didn't do a good job on the outside was given a second chance with the interiors and where the tiling, the plumbing and and general finishing were lacking, they were made up for by discovering that the renovator used their caulking gun more than a tape measure or skill.
At least the very loud AC unit somewhat detracted from the hourly stay type guests and the sounds of their trade and almost covered the sounds of someone trying to get into our room at 3 am.
We were in town for one night for a concert. Got back to our room just after midnight and were packed and in the car headed home before 6am.
Well built Building ,just a few Rough things ,Great Shower , !! nice staff .
Smelly Room ,Like old socks .... Bad! Breakfast Non Existant ...Why bother saying its provided ??

Pillows were huge.

Horrible experience
The hotel stunk from the lobby to the bedroom, it was like a sewer was left open in there.
