Lower all expectations
Pros:

The room was clean and tolerably comfortable and it was close to the airport and woodbine racetrack.

Cons:

Omg - the place is a dump - it smells bad, the entrance opens into a sketchy parking lot, the pool is closed and breakfast was non existent.

Cons:

We stayed there for 3 hours only, had to leave the place immediately since the customer service was so bad, smelly halls and room, room only had towels, nothing else, the room next to us had a fight and there was a guy who was harassing a woman, as a woman myself, I couldn't stay there as I didn't feel safe, won't book again and I dont recommend it at all

Pros:

Le service a la clientele a la réception est rude, non professionel et non acceuillant. On dirait ils sont obliger de venir travailler. Ils répondent pas au questions facilement. Pas de sourire et ni réponse claire au questions.
Machines non fonctionnel. J'ai payé pour le breakfast mais il y'avais pas de breakfat. Des cakes anciennes et machine a laver non fonctionel

Rien. Chambre avec mauvaise odeur et service a la réception trés mauvais

Would I stay here again? Probably....should I?? Probably not but I LOVE DEALS
Pros:

Decent location, we loved the bath in the room it was definitely the best part of the stay. The room was renovated but in a state of semi destruction. Broken tiles and definitely not cleaned properly. Did my initial bed check and had to ask housekeeping to come change pillow cases. Honestly should have changed the whole bed I am just too nice. Went to look at the pool and there were like 15 bags of dirty laundry beside the pool on the tiles.
Let's add check in staff was nice and polite
If you are hungry many options within a 4 minute walk!
BONUS THE BED WE HAD WAS COMFY....the pillows were literally brown/white stained under the pillow cases I asked to be changed. Again should have asked for full bedding but I am too nice.

Cons:

Disrepair, dirty rooms and bedding(stained pillows, dirty bedding, broken chair), elevators smelled like chemicals. The shower was non functional when we went to use it the handle fell off. Overall the value and convenience outweighed the bad I guess. If the tub wasn't in the room it would have been a horrible experience.
Outside is just covered in bird sh-t everywhere

Cons:

Foul smell, especially near the elevator. No elevator from 3rd to 4th floor. it is hard if you have stroller or if you have travel bags, poor customer service, land line phone not working. Room 404

They should mention or notifybthat there is no elevator from 3rd to 4th. My angle is injured and it is not fun if there is no elevator.
