Upon our arrival at the hotel at 3:44 PM, we were assigned Room 202. However, upon entering, we discovered the room was not prepared for occupancy. I documented this with photographs and returned to the reception. Subsequently, we were provided with Room 210, which also proved to be unready. This situation caused considerable frustration.

Following these inconveniences, we were eventually assigned Room 219. The reception staff then advised us to direct any complaints to Booking.com, as our reservation was made through a third party.

Therefore, I am requesting a discount on this booking

Cons:

No pool out of order didnt have a fitness room like the website states pool room was basically used as a store,breakfast was a muffin and old yogurt juice was kut of order pull out couch was so worn out that tou can feel the wood and the springs when asked for a diffrent ine was told I already have one was give. 1 wash cloth and 2 towels for a family and a 2 day stay elevator smelled like burnt rubber my room smelled like cigarettes its supposed to be a non smoking hotel bath tub rim was dirty mold in bathroom sink someone robbed the hotel and nobody was advised about it and I went down stairs with my young child anything could have happenee to us
