The sheet had the fresh laundry scent of clean
The elevator was not working and I had to use the stairs,too much pigeon poop outside for the most part it was a great night any how

The hotel was decent all things considered. Large bed and large bathroom. Room size was not bad either.
The area where the hotel is located is kinda sketchy. The springs in the bed were basically busted and it felt like sleeping on hardwood. The hotel looks nice on pictures but it's clear it's been recently renovated with the landlord special. Also I was not aware that breakfast egg and cheese muffins could be any worse, but appparently I was wrong. Also the hotel gives off a sleazy motel kind of vibe. Very weird for a place where families stay.
Proximity to malls
Furniture was looking old and stained. The pull-out sofa was very small compared to what we saw online. Coffee machine was very dusty,carpets along corridor smelling damp. Breakfast was very basic and poor.

Affordability
Distance from downtown.
Staff was not very helpful when asked for assistance for location of entertainment, I felt dismissed.
Superior room was quite small for 4 adults.
Only 1 window in the L cove of the room which provided very little natural light but at night a big street light lit up the room even with the drapes closed, the viewed was a parking lot and a garbage bin.
Air conditioning did not work very hot overnight.
Guest bathrooms in hallway were not stocked (toilet paper and paper towels) and hand dryer did not work.
Room bathroom was only stocked with 1 towel even though I booked for 4 adults.
No personal bathing (shower) products and was not informed to bring my own.
Mini fridge in room was very loud.
Hallway and elevator wreaked of sewage.
After going back to the hotel from our event there was NO parking available, we were told to park around the strip mall in the parking lot.
We were glad we only stayed 1 night.
Will not stay there again, even though the cost was reasonable it doesn't justify how disappointed we were.
We didn't take pictures of the room.
