Pues ya de por sí llegamos a las 15:00 porque a esa hora teníamos que llegar. La habitación estaba sucia y es muy feo entrar a una habitación que has pagado y verla sucia con papeles, con toallas de los anteriores huéspedes, papeles en el suelo…
Y bueno tardaron 32 minutos en entregárnosla limpia, a todo esto nosotros esperando fuera de la habitación, el chico muy majo pero vimos cómo limpiaba la habitación y bueno, carece mucho la limpieza.
Para colmo, el aire acondicionado no funcionó en ningún momento, estábamos con mucho calor, era inhumano no podíamos descansar nada de nada, la noche fue horrible sin aire, había un ventilador que al tener la habitación tan caliente el aire también era caliente, era una sauna sin exagerar.

3 horas intentando hacer el check in - muy terrible
Pros:

Las habitaciones están bien y el baño siempre limpio, faltaba como una TV para distraerse un poco pero estaba bien igual.

Cons:

Demasiado problema para el check in habían más de 4 personas intentando entrar al hotel ninguna pudo después de 3 horas aprox entrar incluyéndome todos muy molestos, uno llamaba y nadie respondía nos colgaban la llamada y por correo nadie respondía, hay números afuera puesto que no responden y hay un número de Venezuela guardado en la aplicación de booking que si respondió los wasap pero no fue de mucha ayuda luego le dejaron de llegar los mensajes y las chicas de limpiezas no saben nada no saben cómo hacer el registro muy mal servicio en ese aspecto.

Cama correcta y precio razonable para lo que hay en Madrid. Barrio tranquilo y con centro comercial cerca por si necesitas alguna cosa. Estancias limpias.

Cons:

Demasiadas restricciones y multas, parece que te meten miedo más que te estés quedando en un hotel. Entiendo lo de las normas, pero multa por no hacer check out en la app? No sé, hay multa por todo jaja. Por otro lado, se escucha todo ,son como habitaciones de una casa, entonces es un poco desigual las exigencias con lo que ofrecen.
