Apartment style with 2 rooms was very comfortable for our family
Pros:

Location is excellent. Close to Ramana Ashram about 300 m but in the quieter part. Temple is 2 kms from the hotel

Cons:

Food at the restaurant was not up to the mark. But it is the most convenient option at the hotel since hotel is in residential area

Great place with lousy staff
Pros:

Excellent location, clean facilities etc but the staff behaviour was completely indifferent. The restaurant staff were the worst. It's touristy expensive and the staff behave like they are distributing free food. At 5 pm, the staff were in an all hands meeting for 20 minutes on customer support while seven of us were made to wait !!!

Cons:

The restaurant staff require a complete attitude fix and retraining. The restaurant manager generally behaves like a grumpy owner, who does not understand hospitality at all
