Pokoje codziennie były sprzątane, dostawaliśmy czyste ręczniki i świeżą pościel. Cała obsługa przemiła. Super, zróżnicowane śniadania. Fajny punkt, wszędzie blisko, dobrze skomunikowane, duzo polaczen ze stacją kolejową, a stamtąd juz można dojechać wszędzie.

La camera era letteralmente un forno. Ho chiesto di poterla cambiare, ma mi è stato risposto che non era possibile e, a causa del caldo, non siamo praticamente riusciti a dormire. Il direttore è persino intervenuto personalmente per pulire i filtri dell’aria condizionata mentre eravamo fuori a cena, ma senza risolvere il problema.

Anche il resto del servizio è stato decisamente al di sotto delle aspettative: nella stanza mancava l’asciugacapelli e, per averne uno, sono dovuto scendere personalmente alla reception.

Al momento del check-out, questa mattina, il POS non funzionava e, non avendo contanti con me, mi è stato chiesto di compilare un foglio lasciando i dati della mia carta di credito per poter addebitare successivamente la tassa di soggiorno. Una procedura che ho trovato davvero poco rassicurante e certamente non adeguata a una struttura appartenente a una catena internazionale.

Nel complesso, un soggiorno estremamente deludente. Decisamente il peggior hotel della catena Accor in cui abbia mai soggiornato.

L'accueil, la disponibilité et la bienveillance de la réception, la propreté des lieux, la décoration.
De bonnes surprises dans un quartier anodin aux premier abord, notamment un ou deux restaurants très conviviales fréquentés par les locaux, avec un excellent rapport qualité/prix

Cons:

Situation géographique pas idéale quand on est à pieds.
Compensée par le rapport qualité/prix plutôt correct et les bons restaurants.

Pros:

Excellent facility. Super clean, super helpful and welcoming staff. Delicious breakfast with tons of choices (not simply just a croissant and a cappuccino, which is typical italian breakfast, though there were croissants and cappucinos as well that tasted heavenlyyyy). Spacious room with very comfortable bed! Easy to find parking around the area, it is a bit far from the city centre though. I would definitely stay there again!!!
