Pros:

Views to Mt Fuji were incredible! Good restaurants nearby.

Cons:

Room was a tiny bit small for two twin beds and two single travellers with separate. Okay for one night but might be frustrating for longer stays.

Quiet and great location.
Pros:

The location was perfect and the amenities were great. The hotel restaurants is absolutely amazing!

Cons:

There was a cigaret smell in our non smoking room on the first night but it disappeared in the morning. Other than that, the rest was great.

Excellent hotel near a crowded and busy bus station (May 17-19, 2026)
Pros:

Great location with great Mt. Fuji view rooms.
Easy walk to nearby stores, restaurants and the busy and crowded Kawaguchiko bus station.
We chose this hotel especially for its Mt. Fuji view rooms.

Cons:

The nearby Kawaguchiko bus station was too crowded and busy for me (May 17-19, 2026).
In the future, I will probably choose a hotel near a different bus station.

ウェルカムドリンクも美味しく、お風呂の水も良かった
Pros:

朝食は手作り感が良かったです。
お腹にも優しかったです。

Cons:

例え悪天候で富士山が見えなくても、富士山側の部屋を頼みましたが‥二人部屋の窓は富士山側では無かったです。
残念でした。
