Bien mais quelques points à améliorer
Pros:

L’emplacement était super, la chambre avait une vue magnifique sur le mont Fuji

Cons:

Le personnel désagréable, qui ne dit même pas bonjour.
Le check-out est beaucoup trop tôt! Il est temps de se mettre à la page et de le changer pour 11h

comfortable stay with a fantastic view!!
Pros:

deluxe queen suite had an AMAZING view of Mt. Fugi! have a terrace to sit and enjoy the view was such an awesome perk!

Cons:

Blinds in bathroom need DESPERATE replacing they are really my only complaint. If you don’t care just leave them up and don’t try to bring them down cause it was nasty.

Views to Mt Fuji were incredible! Good restaurants nearby.

Cons:

Room was a tiny bit small for two twin beds and two single travellers with separate. Okay for one night but might be frustrating for longer stays.

Quiet and great location.
Pros:

The location was perfect and the amenities were great. The hotel restaurants is absolutely amazing!

Cons:

There was a cigaret smell in our non smoking room on the first night but it disappeared in the morning. Other than that, the rest was great.
