Nhân viên có thái độ không tôn trọng khách hàng. Đặt phòng thành công nhưng đến bảo không có phòng, báo khách tự hủy, khách ko hủy thì kệ khách luôn. Làm ăn chộp giựt còn đổ lỗi do lỗi của booking
The service was extremely disappointing. Despite having a confirmed reservation, the guest was told upon arrival that no rooms were available and was pressured to cancel the booking. When the guest declined, the staff offered no support and chose to ignore the issue. Their handling of the situation was dishonest and unprofessional, as they attempted to blame the booking platform instead of taking responsibility for their mistake

Good try, I love the view so much.
Pros:

The location is very good, they have the big window to see the view. It's near the Han River, so the view and the atmosphere are cool. The hotel is also located near the Dragon Bridge so it's easy to book a grab to the central and the beach.

Cons:

The facilities are quite old so they have the old smell but it still can use. My room is the front room so the noise outside can be heard clearly. I cannot sleep well in the early of morning. Overall, the thing still is good to try.

Nothing.

Cons:

Really tired property and not in a good location as described on other reviews. Said it was a river view however there is film over the windows obscuring the view.
We also used the laundry service and the worker woke us up at 6am to return the laundry and be paid.
Bed was also extremely hard and uncomfortable.
