Great value for money
Pros:

Very friendly and helpful staff. Big, clean and comfortable.room. Good breakfast. Great price

Cons:

TV was old and small. Bed was pretty creaky

Great hotel, perfect for Farnborough airport, exhibitions or local area visits.
Pros:

Exceptionally clean hotel. Staff were very pleasant and welcoming. Included breakfast, simple, but well cooked and good quality - quick service too. Room made up each day with fresh towels. Good location and parking (this is chargeable). We will return!

Maybe a front door key to let yourself in after Midnight would be useful?

Fine for a short stay.
Pros:

It’s convenient and it’s clean and the staff polite and helpful. Food was good.

Cons:

Rather dated could do with new paint/ wallpaper in bedrooms? The door on the bathroom wouldn’t open or close unless you lifted it.

Adequate for one night but basic and not recommended for staying any longer than one night.
Pros:

Polite and helpful staff.
Good breakfast with choice of Full English or Continental. The Full English was also hot and cooked to order rather than standing on a hot plate and only being lukewarm.
A very comfortable bed.

Cons:

The bedroom chair had a damaged leg and felt unsafe to sit on. I am awaiting hip replacement surgery and did not want to risk the chair collapsing under me and ending up on the floor. The chair was changed as soon as I reported it.
Later, before going to bed, I was sitting on the toilet and the seat suddenly moved sideways due to it being loose and in need of tightening. I feel the damaged chair and loose toilet seat should have been identified and put right by the staff during routine daily cleaning.
The rooms appear very "tired". The bedroom furniture is serviceable but very dated. The wallpaper behind the bed is torn in places and also loose and peeling in places. The bathroom wash basin is modern but the bath has chipped enamel. The shower is over the bath which has high sides making it difficult to get into (particularly with a bad hip).

Great stay
Pros:

Staff very friendly and will kindly assist u with anything

Cons:

No lift for buggy users with kids , hard to use bath in room because shower wall in way of taps so very hard to control temperature , you have to stand in bath to be able make sure not to hot I learned that mistake by burning my foot

Cons:

The room had moulds. The entire hotel was quite old and needs renovation. Even the breakfast served was not worth the amount we paid for this hotel. The staff members were rude and unpleasant.

- Śniadanie super (do wyboru: angielskie i kontynentalne), choć każdego dnia takie samo bez zmian.
- Dobra lokalizacja wzg. targów.
- B. miła i wyśmienita obsługa!

Cons:

Brak klimatyzacji w tej cenie (dostałem jedynie wentylator) + śniadania mogłyby się czasem czymś różnić

Pros:

The hotel was in a good location for us visiting family in the area. The room was comfortable & clean. Tea & coffee available in the room. We had a room with air con, which was a blessing because it was extremely hot. The staff are very friendly. The breakfast was fantastic! Great value for money.
