Close to Anfield so perfect for our trip. Room was lovely and staff really friendly.
Only downside was our room was at the front and we had to sleep with the window open as it was hot where everyone was outside having a drink until quite late.
Perfect location for a LFC fan! Lovely building with views of the stadium and murals, nicely designed rooms clean and spacious with fascinating memorabilia throughout. Helpful and friendly staff lovely outdoor spaces and parking too!

Location of hotel is excellent, literally 5 minute walk to Liverpool stadium, rooms and facilities were excellent and extremely clean. Staff were friendly and approachable

The property was very clean, the underfloor heating in the bathroom was very nice.
Unfortunately we weren’t in the pictured apartment, we were in a ground floor one, overlooking entrance and main road so everyone could look straight in so we kept the blinds closed most of the time, making it feel a bit dungeon like. Also the kitchen doesn’t have and sharp knives, there’s no side/small plates, no microwave. Bedrooms feel unfinished with plug sockets and aerial ports half way up wall but no tv. Also a lot of space left where they could have either dressing table or chest of drawers as we had 4 hangers on an eternal hanging rail so basically lived out of suitcases for a few days.

The picture shown for the room does not match the accommodation we were given. We expected an apartment, but instead we were provided with a standard hotel room. This was not what was advertised or what we had booked, and it is different from the first time I stayed there. They also asked me to pay an additional £50, with the assurance that it would be refunded. However, I have not received the refund yet.
We liked the breakfast.
Location was excellent, Breakfast was really good, staff were very helpful, no negative points at all.
