Great location and really nice staff. Breakfast was much appreciated and tailored to our allergies. Room very clean and bed comfortable. Despite being close enough to see the cruise ships, the room was very quiet at night.
Nothing really a problem at all but I assumed it was a larger regular Inn when in fact it is more of a B&B with parking mostly limited to the street. Not a deal breaker but more due to my misinterpreting the add.

Lovely Victorian style inn. Super nice host, super clean, nicely decorated and fully furnished property. We loved the egg benedict the host served for breakfast. We had a lovely stay, 100% would stay again in the future.

Great place!!! The kindest innkeepers who really show they care a lot about their guests. This was one of the cleanest inns I have ever stayed at. Breakfast was wonderful! Highly recommend.

Katherine was very communicative from the point of booking. The property was immaculately clean and offered us a laundry service, which was much appreciated. Breakfast was an absolute delight. We would stay again.
The Inn felt very much like a home. The room was spacious, well decorated, and had everything I needed. The Queen bed was comfortable. The bathroom was clean and well lit.
My only complaint was the drain in the bathroom sink was broken. The lever to raise the stopper was missing so I had to raise the stopper by hand. Not a huge deal, and everything else was in very good repair.
