Perfect location for exploring the waterfront. Easy walk to venues and restaurants. Very clean. Towels and hangers abundant. The staff were very polite and gracious.
The mattress was uncomfortably hard. The wifi was too weak to properly run the smart tv. It could really use a decor update.

The location was perfect for visiting Charlottetown. Very clean. Enjoyed the breakfast provided.
It was very confusing when we arrived to know which door to enter. Once inside, no one was there to provide information or keys for at least 10 minutes.
We also had a flight of stairs to get to our room which was difficult for my husband. Advance notice would have helped.

Das Zimmer waren sehr hellhörig und abends bis ca. 23:00 waren Schritte im Zimmer über uns recht laut zu hören. Danach war alles still.
