Super clean place. Light wood floors literally shone. The most spotless glassware I've ever seen, and a beautiful design as well. Located in EASY walking 🚶♂️ 🚶♀️ distance from EVERYTHING. I thought parking would be difficult (because there is none "on-site") but turns out there are plenty of spaces on Water St., and we were steps from the door, so no worries if you are driving in. Breakfast was top notch and beautifully presented (great job Louis ☆) 👍 with nice strong coffee. We had Eggs Benedict (but I am told the menu changes daily) and the buffet held fresh fruit, 4 cereal choices, yogurts, pastries, juices etc., plenty to eat. Bed was very comfortable with soft sheets and pillows.
It was maybe a bit pricey, but it WAS a nice spot to be.

One of the cleanest facilities I’ve ever stayed in. I’ve traveled a lot and by far this place was spotless. The family that runs the facility or the most friendly and accommodating. We had to leave early our second day and they accommodated us by making us an early breakfast. Location is fantastic steps away from the waterfront. Couldn’t recommend this place enough. One more thing the Chef is the father of the family that owns the facility and he takes great pride in preparing fantastic breakfast.
Parking is on the street is the only unusual thing but we had no issues whatsoever and it was just stepped to the front door

Good location near the waterfront.
Definitely not a 4 star property based on our many years of travel. No corkscrew/wine opener, no wine glasses. Bathroom lighting was virtually useless. Staff rarely at the front desk, ringing the bell (three separate times) brought nobody. Property lacks proper maintenance, paint peeling all over the exterior.

The hosts are very friendly and they serve a very nice breakfast. The breakfast special changed daily which was nice. Our room was spacious enough and clean. The location is excellent. Near the wharf and walking distance to downtown. There are several good places to eat within a very short walk.
The only down side was that you could hear the people on the floor above us walking around. But that is to be expected when you stay on the main floor.

Es war eine sehr schöne Unterkunft. Wir haben hier 4 Tage verbracht und würden jederzeit wieder hier übernachten.
Es gab ein kleines Frühstücksbuffet. Und zusätzlich jeden Tag für jeden Gast eine warme Speise. Diese waren wirklich lecker und reichlich.
Die Lage war super. Fussläufig Restaurants und eine tolle Szene am Hafen mit hübschen kleinen Geschäften, Livemusik und Imbissbuden.
Wir mussten ein paar Sachen waschen. Ich habe mich bei Cathrin (der Inhaberin) nach einem Waschsalon erkundigt. Sie bot uns an, unsere Wäsche zu waschen, und am nächsten Tag hatten wir die Sachen wieder, die sogar gebügelt waren. Vielen Dank Cathrin.
