Pros:

The atmosphere of the hotel is very bad. Even on the bed there is so many bad buffs. I have an video also. Staff is so roudy. They changed me extra. I will never ever recommend my family also my colleague. Very bad experience. Doors are open even the toilet Jet is not working 😤😤😤😡😡😡😡

I want my ₹754 refunded immediately. You and the reception staff charged me again even though the invoice clearly shows ₹754, not ₹1500 as I was made to believe. When I raised this, you falsely claimed it was a “premium room,” which didn’t even have a single window.

There was no proper communication about any extra charges. You simply told me there was a remaining balance pending, and I trusted that and paid. This is misleading and unacceptable.

Please process my refund of ₹754 without further delay.

Pathetic experience👎🏽 at the time of checkin they don’t accept app booking and force the customer for direct booking with higher amount. Man on reception name is Nitin he sucks, so rude n sick mind .

Pros:

Unhygienic bathroom, Air conditioning system was not working, There was current flowing in the geyser, I got a shock from the current. I disappointed with this stay. Pillow were in a bad condition and faulty smell
