Très bon accueil du personnel, hôtel récent et très propre et très bon petit déjeuner
De kamer is redelijk groot en schoon. Prima verblijf. Ook het ontbijt was goed.
Het water wordt warm maar dat duurt wel heel lang. Verspilling van water.

La amabilidad y el calor humano del personal del hotel fué increíble, siempre dispuestos a atender y a brindar el mejor de los servicios.
Los desayunos súper buenos y con buena variedad. Las instalaciones del hotel son muy cómodas y agradables.
La amabilidad de las personas del hotel no las encuentras en ninguna parte, te hacen sentir como en casa
La ubicación un poco lejos y no hay muchos restaurantes cerca.

Os lençóis da cama eram um pouco curtos
Забронировали номер через Booking в последний момент, примерно часа за 2 до прибытия, поэтому в итоге получили не тот номер, который бронировали. Но персонал был очень дружелюбный и помогли в размещении. Завтрак был вкусный, хоть и не очень разнообразный. Чай и кофе предоставляется все время. Кровать и подушка были очень удобными.
Комната с двумя отдельными кроватями очень маленькая. В номере было холодно, но есть тёплые одеяла и обогреватель. Также есть горячая вода в душе.
Прекрасный отель, в 15 минутах ходьбы до главной площади. Путь через рынок, очень колоритно, там можно купить фрукты по минимальной цене)
Номер комфортный, большой, не старый. В номере есть обогреватель, горячая вода, чистая ванная комната. Особенно хочу выделить сотрудников ресепшен, я к сожалению не запомнил их имена. Очень вежливые, добрые, готовы всегда ответить на любой вопрос и прийти на помощь с советами. Мы останавливались в отеле дважды, оставляли на хранение вещи. Очень рекомендую.

Quarto confortável. Café da manhã bom, tinha ovos mexidos pães, frutas, sucos, iogurte, cereais, panquequinhas.
Os funcionários eram gentis e prestativos.
Hotel disponibilizou secador de cabelo. Quarto tinha aquecedor elétrico e chuveiro quente.
Localização não é tão próxima da Plaza de Armas, mas é tranquilo de caminhar (aproximadamente 15 minutos).
Room was comfortable and clean. Bathroom quite basic but all in working order. Facilities are otherwise fairly basic, although staff went above and beyond to make the stay as good as possible. Location is a little out of the main historic area for tourists, involves a walk through a very busy market area and some quiet streets after dark.
Stayed there for only 1 night, for that purpose it was ok. The neighbourhood seems scatchy, but we didn't have any issues while walking around after sunset. The owner was very nice at checki-in. Because we had to leave very early to catch our flight, we asked for a packed breakfast, which they provided without hesitation. Oh, and the room had a small heater which was a nice plus!
El personal es excelente. Siempre dispuesto a brindar información y servicios. El desayuno muy abundante y variado. Sumamente recomendable. Si bien no está en la zona más turística. El lugar es tranquilo y seguro. Para ir al centro a pie se atraviesa la zona del mercado, lo cual resulta muy interesante de conocer
