Hospitalidad.
Fica numa região central da Recoleta, perto do Recoleta Mall e Cemitério, porém o hotel é extremamente antigo. Calefação baixa, os banheiros são apertados e não possuem nem box, é uma lambança só de tomar uma ducha. Porém estava tudo limpo e os funcionários foram educados. Móveis antigos, não tem café da manhã.

Excelente atención, habitación amplia y con lo necesario. Hermosa arquitectura antigua.
Al piso le faltó limpieza, pero es un detalle.
Es una estafa total . Reserve una habitación estándar , y en mi reserva las fotos de referencia no tenían nada que ver con la mierda y patetica habitación que me dieron.
En la vida pasé tal humillación y decepción ! Me sentí totalmente estafada y la resolución del alojamiento pésima . Les voy a poner una denuncia por estafa . Encima me fui al rato de llegar y no me quisieron devolver el dinero o almenos cobrarme esa sola noche de estancia . Lamentable . La denuncia va a ser grande y que me devuelvan el dinero.

La ubicación y la atención.
La cama era antigua, el colchón viejo, las sábanas incómodas y quedaban chicas en la cama. El baño era diminuto, no entraba una persona en la ducha. El inodoro ubicado casi abajo de la bacha. Las paredes todas sucias y rozadas.
ESTAFA : publican fotos que no son reales, cuando llegas a tu habitación es otra muy diferente. Cobran el 100 % de antemano sin reembolso.
Tienen una puntuación muy baja y ahi que entender que a eso aspiran. Booking debería evitar perder prestigio por este tipo de hospedajes
