Pleasant
Pros:

No breakfast in the package, can find a lot of halal restaurant walk by. Near masjid, convenience store and laundry. The staff attends our inquiry, assists kindly during check in and check out. Water dispenser was provided. Room clean was acceptable.

Cons:

The room with window is small and crowded. The clothes hanger are not practical, difficult to hang clothes. And the hang rattan chair is not practical to be placed in the room without window, it should be place with luggage table.

The room completely different as what shown in picture. When I saw in tiktok also totally different. I dont know why they give us such a terrible room. Maybe because I booked through booking platform because its cheap? Its very unfair. People pay with money not free! The outside of our door very dirty. The others door room area look fine except my room! Like abandoned one & poorly mantained. We found dead cockroaches. Even fridge also not working either. So they put there only for display? I checked in so many budget hotel before this. Im not expecting luxury room. However basic maintaned clealiness, mantainence & hygiene should still provided especially when guests travelling with kids.
