Wir hatten einen rundum perfekten Aufenthalt und können dieses Hotel uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen!
Schon bei unserer Ankunft wurden wir herzlich empfangen und sogar kostenlos auf eine wunderschöne Suite upgegradet. Die Suite war großzügig, sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet und bot einen traumhaften Blick auf das Meer und hinüber nach Bali – ein echtes Highlight.
Das gesamte Hotel war außergewöhnlich sauber und sehr gepflegt. Besonders die weitläufige Außenanlage mit dem großen Pool hat uns begeistert. Hier konnten wir nach unseren anstrengenden Touren vor der Ankunft in Banyuwangi wunderbar entspannen und die herrliche Aussicht auf Bali genießen, bevor es für uns mit der Fähre weiterging.
Ein besonderes Lob gilt dem gesamten Team. Alle Mitarbeitenden waren ausnahmslos freundlich, aufmerksam und hilfsbereit. Während unseres Aufenthalts kam es zu einem kleinen medizinischen Notfall, und das Personal war sofort zur Stelle. Die schnelle, professionelle und fürsorgliche Unterstützung hat uns sehr beeindruckt und uns ein großes Gefühl der Sicherheit gegeben. Dafür möchten wir uns noch einmal ganz herzlich bedanken.
Auch kulinarisch hat das Hotel überzeugt. Sowohl das Frühstück als auch das Abendessen waren abwechslungsreich, sehr lecker und von hoher Qualität.
Das Hotel bietet zudem verschiedene interessante Ausflüge an. Diese konnten wir zwar nicht nutzen, da wir bewusst ein paar entspannte Tage am Pool verbringen wollten, das Angebot klang jedoch sehr attraktiv.
Die Lage ist ebenfalls ideal – das Fährterminal nach Bali ist in wenigen Minuten erreichbar und damit perfekt für alle, die ihre Indonesienreise nach Bali fortsetzen möchten.
Vielen Dank an das gesamte Team für diesen wunderbaren Aufenthalt. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen und können dieses Hotel ohne jede Einschränkung empfehlen!

Its closed to the harbour clean and nice environment

I have been to many hotels and this is the most beautiful place with the nicest and helpful people. It looks like on the photos! No wonder everyone takes photos at all times. 10/10

We love everything about this hotel. We knew that the hotel facilities itself would be great, but the hospitality from the staff really set it apart from others. They took care of us generously. Everyone was so professional, yet friendly and cheerful. The excursion arranged by the hotel was also really nicely done. This place is truly a peaceful oasis in Banyuwangi.

Room is big, clean and comfortable. Staff all very nice, breakfast is fantastic, other service like gym and massage also great quality.

Location:
If you’re travelling by train to Banyuwangi, make sure to get off at Banyuwangi Kota Station (BWI) instead of Ketapang Station (KTG).

Atmosphere:
The resort is great for couples, families, or groups of friends on holiday. There are plenty of activities available for guests to enjoy. However, the food still needs significant improvement and is currently not at a level that justifies the price. It would also be beneficial to add another swimming pool dedicated to children.

In addition, it may be a good idea to set specific operating hours for the restaurants when welcoming outside visitors. During peak periods or fully booked weekends, limiting restaurant access to in-house guests could provide a better sense of privacy and exclusivity for those staying at the resort.

Rooms:
The rooms are clean, beautiful, and simply designed. One drawback is that the TV only supports Android connectivity, while Apple users cannot connect their devices. I really appreciate the decision to separate the toilet from the shower area. The balcony is lovely as well—I could easily spend time relaxing or even taking a nap there.

Value for Money:
Overall, the resort offers good value for money, except for the spa treatment included in the stay, dine, and spa package. The massage experience was disappointing and needs improvement. My body felt sore all over the next day, which is not what I would expect from a relaxing spa treatment.

Service:
The service still requires improvement, particularly in terms of staff friendliness and product knowledge. The food quality also needs further enhancement.

Cleanliness:
The overall cleanliness of the resort was good. The room, bathroom, and common areas were generally clean and well-maintained throughout my stay. Housekeeping did a satisfactory job, and I did not encounter any major cleanliness issues. Maintaining this standard will help ensure a comfortable experience for future guests.

Noise Level:
The noise level was generally acceptable. The resort was relatively peaceful most of the time, although it became noticeably livelier in the afternoons when many children were using the facilities and common areas. This is understandable given that it is a family-friendly resort and did not significantly affect my overall stay.

We stayed for one night arriving in the evening so didn’t spend much time at the hotel.
The room was spacious and modern with good air con.
Dinner was a set 3 course menu which was fine… the best course was the dessert. Breakfast had plenty of choice, Indonesian and fruit, pastries and yoghurts.
The pool area looked really nice as did the gym but we didn’t have time to use them. We had a quick walk on the black sand beach before checking out.
If you’re coming to this area and need a one night hotel this fits the bill perfectly.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The room was clean and I like the interior of the hotel. The surrounding were relaxing with stunning views.

What an absolutely awesome hotel. The suite was spacious, clean and comfortable, with a great bed (and pillow!), perfect bath and show, and a beautiful balcony with a view of the garden, sea and Bali. The restaurant serves everything from traditional to Western and the breakfast is immens. And the pool is lovely and big enough to do soms laps. A truly next level experience.

Not in a center of the city, but beautiful hotel, facing Bali. You can see Bali from the swimming pool.

The only thing need to improve is the pillow. Tol high, cause unconfinience sleep for me.
