Großes Zimmer im Vergleich zu anderen Unterkünften in Japan, ausgestattet mit allem was man braucht, täglich frische Handtücher, sehr gute Anbindung - Bahnhof ums Eck, Einkaufszentrum mit zahlreichen Restaurants direkt gegenüber

Pros:

The locations is very convenient, just a few minutes walk from JR station (Nijo), metro station and bus stop. The room is big and clean. There is a washing machine and the drier on the first floor, and it was always avaliable and easy to use.

Pros:

The property is very well maintained, the staff are exceptional and hard working, very polite and helpful at all times. The property is close to the station and convenience stores.
It is extremely clean and comfortable!

Pros:

Easy self check in. Train station and shopping mall across the road. Having a balcony was good and laundry service was good.

Cons:

The bed was the most uncomfortable bed ive ever slept in and the pillows were completely flat. When I messaged booking.com on getting additional pillows they told me to speak to the front desk which there is no one available, so I called the number 4x someone answered once and said they would come back to me which they never did. Just know you are paying for a 2 star hotel so the rooms are pretty old. Also know the location is good but not close the main areas of Kyoto such as shimogyo or nakagyo and the trains seem to take anywhere up to 40 mins to get anywhere.

I also had to leave a couple of days early which is on me but thought I would query if there could be any pro rate refund and again I was met with talk to the front counter which again no one was able to help.

駅チカ。室内清潔。エスプレッソメーカーあり。ゆったり。

Cons:

無人でなにかトラブルが起きたときに不安だった。QRなどでチェックインするので、ご年配など苦手な人は難しいかもしれません。
