Хороший приветливый персонал.

Cons:

Не понравилось что заселение в 15 00 и не минутой раньше. Меня заселили в номер 331/4, я зашёл в номер в 15:15 21.05.2026 в номере вообще не было убрано, валялся мусор, стояли бутылки из под сока на столе , кругом были волосы. Через 5 минут зашёл персонал, они были удивлены что меня заселили в не уброный номер, спустя 15 минут навели порядок, убрали за 5 минут , но как ? Пыль никто нигде не протерал , пропылесосили и все , видно уже давно что пыль никто нигде не протирает, пыль была на мебели, столе . Хотелось бы чтобы убирали все тщательно после других людей.
Сам персонал супер и очень приятные люди.
Еще не понравилось что оставил продукты в холодильнике и их кто-то съел , было бы здорово если бы вы в номере ставили не большие холодильники.

Muito boa, mas pode melhorar.
Pros:

A localização muito boa, as camas são boas também, a equipe do hotel também muito competente. A temperatura dos chuveiros ótima, os quartos são espaçosos.

Cons:

No quarto compartilhado as camas ficam MUITO próximas uma das outras, então fica difícil transitar no quarto, talvez tirar uma cama ou deixar o quarto no formato de dois beliches seja a solução mais adequada e vai ficar excelente. Acho que pode ser uma boa ideia também sinalizar o horário de apagar as luzes e de silêncio nos quartos, principalmente em quartos compartilhados.
