Struttura comoda al centro e ai mezzi pubblici. Personale cortese e professionale. Camera con soluzione bagno interessante: zona toilet separata da zona doccia. Ottimo e ricco il buffet della colazione.

Cons:

Il letto matrimoniale, da un lato, era appoggiato alla parete e chi si trova da quel lato e per qualche motivo deve alzarsi durante la notte, deve scendere dalla parte dei piedi per non svegliare e fare alzare l'altra persona.

Mainz is great and this hotel is too provided you don't expect more than two to a room!
Pros:

The hotel is in a great spot and has excellent facilities, particularly the gym and spa. The breakfast was also good quality.

Cons:

We booked two rooms for me, my wife and our three daughters and were told that was okay by the hotel and on Booking.com. In the event, my youngest daughter ended up sleeping on a cushion on a wooden ledge next to the double bed in one of the rooms. There wasn't even bedding for her till we requested it.
