The basics were good.
There was a fan in the bathroom but no switch for it...
Walk to town
It was nice having breakfast included, however the food was exactly the same every day and not hot. There were lots of places to sit and enjoy breakfast
On the second morning, the lady working the breakfast station was very pleasant and very friendly….the nicest one we interacted with during our 2 night stay. The rest of the staff were not very friendly
The loud bathroom fan was wired up to run 24/7 which was not pleasant for sleeping. Even with the bathroom door closed we could hear it all night. I told the desk clerk about it and he didn’t answer me.
The beds are definitely too high for short to medium sized people…too hard to get into.
On the morning we were leaving a person from housekeeping knocked on my door at 9:00am to ask if we would be out at 11:00am checkout time. He was starting to use his pass card to enter when I opened the door. This was just weird, invasive of our privacy and unprofessional in my opinion.
The hotel was kid friendly with a pool and located near a playground, grassy area, and walking path. The rooms were clean and spacious. Great location and lots of parking. The breakfast was good.

Nothing like very expensive what I pay nothing get anything breakfast was so so for vegetarian people only eggs was serving but no beans no oats meal vegetarian people wasted our money $609.00 Canadian dollars for two nights stay without any peak time really expensive next year we r not going back this property yealy we stay there but next time no we were hungry at night there is nothing for eat by waking distance toilet was really look dirty from in side like poop stick I look very dirty so finally never going back at Oliver location
No restaurant not good breakfast for vegetarian consumers only egg servings in breakfast we looking for bred beans or potato vegs or oatmeal nothing for eat breakfast I wasted my $ 609.00 🇨🇦Canadian dollars for 2 nights nothing get I wasted my money and time they respect only white peoples they looking very different way for wearing Punjabi staying clothe but I have worldwide experience from hotel never seen like this staff judging customer only from age and clothing stayal
Centrally located in Oliver and within walking distance to several pubs and restaurants. Quick drive to N'Kimp golf course and Area 27. Free and easy parking. Air conditioning worked well.
Breakfast (included) options are quite limited. My partner found the king bed quite uncomfortable, however, it was fine for me. Daily housekeeping was good and yet they never replaced our drinking glasses during our 3 night stay?! Towels were minimal, needed to request a couple more. 4 floors are serviced by one, rather slow, elevator.

We came to ride our bikes. Having the bike path beside the hotel was excellent as we did not have load and unload our bikes off the truck.
There was everything we enjoy and need in the breakfast options.
Everything was good. Coffee was nice and hot and always in good quantity. Great to see wooden spoons. Would have liked option for croissants, muffins or bananas.

The mini fridge did not have a freezer and was not very cold all my frozen stuff that I had thawed during my stay.
Excellent value for the rate . The room was exceptionally clean -and I love the "BEE KIND" bath products to use! I felt very comfortable here and we will be back to book again as our central spot to visit Wine Country or hop on the KVR trail with our bikes .
Travis, the front desk gentleman was very welcoming. We appreciated his zest for life!
The breakfast options weren't great. Get there early or you wont be left with much.
