Very well located just in front of a park and churches. The front desk lady Itzel was very helpful to recommend places and also accesible to an hour early check in
The room WiFi was very weak and many apps and sites wouldn’t load properly, other than that was very good and accommodating

Not precisely that I don’t like, just we had heavy suitcases to take upstairs so it’s more like consider it there is no elevator, but it was also not a big deal
Cute hotel with charm and good location
Zero water pressure and I mean we showered with drops of water, we travel to Mexico a lot, we’re used to pretty bad water pressure. This was way worse. Also they is no one to help with luggage. Most rooms are upstairs and the stairs are very steep. I suppose it’s okay if you have a main level room.

The location is unbeatable and it's a gorgeous historic building. Very quiet at night and peaceful.
The beds could be better for a "4 star" hotel and the pillows were really big and stiff.

Las habitaciones son de lo más cómodas y agradables y la ubicación del lugar, ya nos hemos alojadó más de una vez, nos gusta mucho.

Las camas muy muy cómodas y el espacio muy bonito
Todos los dias de nuestra estancia el baño tenía un olor insoportable a drenaje. A pesar de que nos cambiamos de habitación el olor no mejoro. El personal si intento en una ocasión limpiar y llevaron a alguien que lo revisara
Pero no sirvió de nada por que durante toda la estancia nuestro baño y cuarto olía a drenaje DEMACIADO
Wonderful location, very clean and comfortable rooms. Charming esthetic.
A few minor things could improve the experience:
- Listing said there’s a coffee machine but none was available (coffee shops are plentiful around the area but open a bit late)
- No one seemed designated to help with the luggage up and down steep stairs… the lady at the front desk did kindly help me after I was having difficulty and I asked her, but it may be good to have someone whose job includes it.
- Rooms are pretty dark, lights are not strong (and opening the curtains may not possible due to privacy for most rooms)
