Pros:

A wonderful stay. Great staff were always approachable and helpful. They made a point of connecting with the visitors. Emma was lovely. The pool is a nice feature, it gets the sun and has multiple loungers. The hotel has various areas you can hang out, the bar, restaurant and a cool outside balcony area.

A wonderful stay
Pros:

Very good value for money.
Smaller size, so not too busy. Staff were wonderful and went out of their way to help and be friendly.

Excellent hotel experience for a budget price!
Pros:

We had a wonderful stay at this budget hotel! The room was surprisingly spacious, and the bed was big and very comfortable, making it easy to relax after a full day of exploring.

The breakfast buffet had a good variety of options, and one thing we really appreciated was that housekeeping cleaned our room while we were having breakfast, so we always came back to a fresh and tidy room.

What made the stay even better was the staff. Everyone was incredibly welcoming, friendly, and accommodating, always ready to help with a smile. For a budget hotel, the value for money is excellent. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and affordable place to stay.

Excellent value for money. Highly recommended.
Pros:

The staff were very welcoming and helpful. The beds were extremely comfortable; the bathrooms well designed and clean. The breakfast was varied and delicious. The pool was a good size and well serviced. Free bicycle hire from the hotel was helpful and meant we could get to the beach easily. Overall, excellent value for money.

Cons:

The hotel is a 15 minute gentle walk from the old town. It is therefore in a quieter location, but the walk/bicycle ride to the old town is not the most pleasant. It’s quick and easy to get to the old town from the hotel by taxi, but we found it difficult to get taxis back. When other guests smoked on their balconies, the cigarette smoke came through closed windows into the bedrooms. Beware that when booking a taxi to and from My Son sanctuary, the taxi waiting time at the sanctuary is only two hours not the four hours indicated. This was unclear to us which led to an embarrassing issue with our taxi driver.

Excellent stay. We would definitely choose to stay here again on our next visit.
Pros:

This is a great hotel with spacious rooms and a relaxing pool area. Although it's not located in the main tourist district, it is very central, with short and easy rides to all the places we wanted to visit. The staff were excellent—friendly and attentive, always asking about our day and offering recommendations and assistance whenever needed.

We had a wonderful stay here!
We stayed at the White Lotus Hotel for 3 Nights. Immediately after arriving staff came to help us with our luggage to bring it to our room. Afterwards we got greeted with a welcome drink and were recommended the best sights to see in the Hoi An Area.
Our room was spacious and clean and had no problems whatsoever. The staff was also very friendly and helpful towards us. The pool was very clean and the area very calm and relaxing.
We had a wonderful stay there!
