Anos atrás já havia me hospedado no Hotel e o atendimento deixava a desejar, mas desta vez foi pior, fui pressionada a antecipar 50% da Diária devido ao meu horário as 23h entrada, mas não antecipei e contei com a sorte aínda ter a hospedagem, o atraso não foi culpa minha. Não gostei da abordagem por parte do hotel.

Cons:

O banheiro sujo, fedido a Xixi, ainda com o papel higiênico do hóspede anterior, e o Ar condicionado não funcionou, reclamei na recepção, o atendente falou que iria ver quem arrumaria e no fim nada foi feito ou seja, quarto sujo, banheiro fedido e sem ar condicionado

Pros:

Gostei da receptividade dos funcionários, todos muito queridos.
Fácil de pegar táxi/uber e chegar na rodoviária, é muito próximo.
Próximo a feira da madrugada, que era meu objetivo.

Cons:

Não gostei da escada, pois fui comprar na feira e foi difícil subir e descer com os fardos.
Não tem elevador.
Podia ser uma rampa.
Muitos fardos na garagem impossibilitando a passagem da recepção para a escada.
Não tinha café da manhã, podia ter um café básico com pão, bolo, ovos e queijo por exemplo.
A diária custou 175 reais enquanto que no Hotel family é 181 e tem elevador e café da manhã.
