ロケーションは良いが、中国人観光客が多く、うるさかった（ホテル側の問題もあり）。
Pros:

山中湖が目の前で、かつ、高速出口からも近く、駐車場も湖の前にあり、ロケーションは良いかと思います。また、コンビニもホテルの１階にあり、便利でした。

Cons:

受付にものが沢山あるおいてあり、かつ机の上などが非常に汚い。整理戦闘ができていない。流石に、日本のホテルとは思えないレベルでした。また、館内の中国人がうるさかった。中国人スタッフの方がいるのであれば、もう少し、館内では、日本の文化を説明し、マナーを守って頂きたい。これで価格だけ、割高。

定期的な掃除を徹底して欲しい
Pros:

景色が綺麗です。コスパが街から放れているので良い。部屋が広い。駐車場の案内がきちんとされてた。

Cons:

部屋の掃除とお風呂の脱衣場の掃除が行き届いてない。脱衣場の洋服を入れる籠の中がホコリだらけ。服が汚れてしまった。部屋はホコリの固まりがあり、汚かった。

部屋が静かでベッドも寝心地が良かった。　白鳥みれたよ

朝食がバラエティー豊かだった
部屋がとても清潔だった

Cons:

網戸が開けられない(虫の関係)しょうがないけど、ちょっと残念でした
富士山がもう少し見れる部屋だと嬉しかったけど、山のてっぺん見れたので良いのかしら？
ルームキーは2つ欲しい(一人が寝てると風呂に行けない)
