Come rovinare un soggiorno a due persone in cerca di relax

Non ho assolutamente apprezzato il fatto che avessi prenotato e pagato per una camera con balcone e mi è stata data una camera con finestra. La camera si mostra moderna e chic dalle immagini ma da vicino è un mix: moderno e datato. L'armadio vecchissimo, come anche il pavimento. Abbiamo fatto presente che la camera non fosse quella con balcone e ci è stato risposto che booking aveva commesso qualche errore, non risolvendo un bel niente poiché la nostra camera era già stata data a qualcun altro arrivato prima.. facile incolpare l'astratto! Era un regalo per il mio fidanzato che adora rilassarsi di sera sul balconcino, entusiasta sono arrivata e nervosa sono tornata, poiché avevo alzato le aspettative di entrambi. Inoltre, il parcheggio per le auto è strettissimo e, cosa gravissima, siamo stati disturbati durante la nostra cena in un ristorante lontano dalla struttura per spostare l'auto (che ci avevano suggerito loro stessi di posizionare lì), perché qualche incompetente non riusciva ad entrare o uscire, nonostante macchine parcheggiate in punti più stretti ci fossero riuscite poco prima! La signora ci ha telefonato chiedendo se avessimo le chiavi dell'auto in camera (ipotizzando di prenderle in autonomia per non farci tornare indietro, mah) per fortuna le avevamo con noi ma comunque il disturbo è proseguito perché mentre ci servivano i piatti a tavola ci siamo trovati la signora di fronte, venuta di persona a prendere le chiavi. Una sola notte che doveva essere di relax a Palinuro, ahimè ci ha agitati notevolmente. I proprietari gentili sì, ma non si disturbano gli ospiti in questo modo. Quasi 200 euro per una camera che ne valeva forse la metà. Che amarezza, mai più

Ho soggiornato in questa struttura e mi sono trovato davvero benissimo. Lo staff a conduzione familiare è stato cordiale, disponibile e molto simpatico. La struttura è pulita, accogliente e dotata di tutti i comfort necessari per un soggiorno piacevole.
