Un hôtel charmant qui aurait besoin de beaucoup d'amélioration
Pros:

The staff are as welcoming as ever and always on hand to help with any requests.
The flat has a large terrace overlooking the harbour with a lovely view.
Breakfast has improved and there are several options to choose from.

Cons:

This is the third time we’ve stayed at the hotel for a long period. We’ve booked a flat and a room.
We were very surprised that the rental price had doubled in two years. We assumed, therefore, that this increase would mean some new amenities.
Unfortunately, nothing has changed and some things have actually gone downhill.
There is a serious lack of attention to cleaning. The floor was mopped just once in 15 days. The bathroom was never cleaned, the dust was never done, and the floor was never hoovered. The sheets were changed twice. The towels were changed every day because we left them on the floor.
The leaks in the shower haven’t been repaired for three years.
A free bottle of water on arrival would be appreciated, and the 1-euro coffee pods are far too expensive, as a box of 16 costs 7 euros in the shops.
It’s no longer good value for money. For the same price, you can get half-board at a neighbouring hotel (breakfast and one meal).
Unfortunately, we were disappointed and we won’t be returning.

L’emplacement très pratique, la chambre avec la vue sur la mer, la proximité du parking public (7,5€ la journée) !

RAS pour l’hôtel !
En revanche, nous sommes descendus au restaurant partenaire au pied de l’établissement pour un petit déjeuner mais le prix était exorbitant, nous avons trouvé une alternative en ville

Pros:

We really enjoyed our stay here! The hotel is located in the old town, conveniently close to restaurants, shops etc. The rooms are really comfortable and clean, and the staff have been really friendly and happy to accommodate requests we had. No complaints!
I also recommend the hotel breakfast, served until late and tasty food with big portion sizes.
Would definitely stay here again :)

Hotel Saint Nikola was amazing. Very pretty, charming with very comfortable room. Very clean, every day the staff clean the room. And all the staff was kindly and friendly. If you need for something or information they are ready to assist you. The location is fabulous. In the beginning of old town Nessebar. I think top location. The restaurant in the hotel was very nice. Delicious food, good portions. Very professional job from the staff.
Like all very good holiday. And the old town Nessebar is historic with a lot of small charming streets and Churches. Many restaurants, shops. You can take a boat if you want to explore around Nessebar.
I strongly recommend hotel Saint Nikola, Nessebar, Bulgaria.

Charming little hotel. Great value for money.
Pros:

We have stayed in a mansard with one bedroom and balcony. Grate location, stunning views, charming apartment with everything we needed. Beautiful surrounding.

Cons:

No elevator. We stayed on the fourth floor and an elevator would be helpful. We came just with backpacks so it wasn’t an issue for us, but with more luggage it might be more difficult.
