Superb hotel in an amazing location
Pros:

It’s a beautiful hotel in a breathtaking town. We couldn’t fault anything about it - the rooms were spacious and well presented, the bed comfortable, underground parking on-site, good breakfast. We’ll be back!

Cons:

I had to think hard to find a negative, but an extra pillow for the bed would have been nice

Pros:

2-stöckige Suite in umgebauten Haus erhalten. Trotz Aufzug muss das Gepäck in der Suite eine lange Treppe ins Schlafzimmer hochgetragen werden.
Sehr modern eingerichtet, aber Bad und Dusche nicht zweckmässig, da keine Möglichkeit zum Aufhängen von Badetüchern vorhanden und in der Dusche keine Möglichkeit eigene Pflegeartikel hinzustellen.

Cons:

Frühstück ist mit 30 Euro viel zu teuer. Brötchen aus dem Plastiksack = Gummi.
Tische werden nicht gereinigt selbst wenn die Vorgänger deutlich sichtbare Spuren hinterlassen haben. Neues Papiertischset drauf und fertig. War an beiden Tagen gleich.
Die Ausfahrt aus dem Parkhaus am Abreisetag war eine Katastrophe. Obwohl unten voll war kamen immer mehr Autos rein. In diesem kleinen und engen Parkhaus fehlt eindeutig eine Anzeigetafel draussen. Schlussendlich standen die Autos kreuz und quer in der Ein-/Ausfahrt. Und wie in Deutschland leider üblich, lässt man keinem Anderen die Vorfahrt bzw. lässt ihn zuerst wegfahren.

Ganz sicher kommen wir wieder.
Pros:

Das Frühstück lies keine Wünsche offen. Das Zimmer war sehr gut und die Betten waren sehr bequem. Das Zimmer im Erdgeschoss, mit Blick über den Teich und Brücke stadteinwärts, war behindertengerecht. Die Lage des Hotels ist hervorragend in der Altstadt gelegen. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir haben uns hier sehr geborgen gefühlt und sogar noch einen Tag zugebucht.

Bei herrlichem Wetter haben wir einen wunderschönen Tag in Lüneburg verbracht.
Pros:

Sehr zentrale Lage. Man ist direkt mitten in der Altstadt. Sehr angenehm. Fussläufig alles sehr gut erreichbar

Cons:

Aus meiner Sicht die Parksituation. Im Parkhaus wurden Fahrzeuge noch hingelassen obwohl es schon voll war. Klein und sehr eng. Wobei es noch ein Parkhaus am Hotel gab und einen kleinen Parkplatz. Aber darauf sollte man sich schon einstellen wenn man mit dem Auto anreist das es hier Probleme geben kann.

Schönes Hotel
Pros:

Die Lage ist top . Zentraler geht es nicht . Wir hatten 3 Übernachtungen . Das Auto stand für 25 € die Nacht in der Tiefgarage. Die Betten waren sehr breit . Roomservice gibt es nur noch auf verlangen . Dafür war die Minibar mit 5 verschiedenen Getränken (einmalig kostenlos ) eine gute Idee . Einzig das Frühstück mit 29.90€ pro Person war einfach zu teuer. Es gibt aber in unendlich vielen Lokalitäten und Bäckereien ein leckeres Frühstück.
Insgesamt Hotel gepflegt, Renovierungen auf den Fluren wäre mal zu überlegen. War es eine schöne Reise.

Leider enttäuscht
Pros:

- Die sehr gute Lage
- Das Frühstück

Cons:

- Bettbezug war schmutzig
- Die Dusche war vom Boden bis zu den Türen verkalkt
- Der Waschtisch unansehnlich
-Die Badtür ohne Schloß

Das ganze Zimmer wirkte insgesamt recht abgewohnt und wenig einladend

This could be a magnificent place but needs some serious attention to detail and it needs to sit down with the town mayo

Fantastic location, great welcome staff very friendly and helpful.Great onsite services. Great additions like a drinks on arrival and free fruit or sweet even dog treats.

Cons:

It’s in need of a little TLC, Windows need leaves removed and washing, paint work needs touching up, Pillows need more!. The location of the coffee machine needs relocating as it blocking the passage and flow of people especially at breakfast time.
Sadly the amount of broken glass on the cobblestone makes it impossible for a dog to pass from the hotel into town. We reported the issues but they said it’s towns area not the hotel. Also the swimming pools toilet seat was smashed it to was reported but nothing done in the 3 days we stopped there. Sadly!

Top Lage! Hervorragendes Frühstück, erste Minibarfüllung inklusive und ein Drink auf Kosten des Hauses. Wo gibt’s das noch?!
