مسؤولة التنظيف لا اعرف اسمها لكن شعرها اشقر و كبيره في السن عندما قلت للاستقبال الغرفه غير نظيفه و بعدها نزلت اللوبي قامت تنظر الي نظرات ازدراء ارجو تهذيبها و تعليمها الادب و كيف تعامل السياحه بلباقه

استمتعت بطله البحر من الغرفه والاستقبال الرائع من الموظفه فاطمه عند الريسبشن

اعجبتني موظفه الاستقبال فاطمه كانت ودوده ومتعاونه بامتياز والفندق جدا نظيف وانصح به بشده ويستحق الاقامه

لم يعجبني الاتصال لغرفتي عند الخروج من شخص رجل كان لا اعرفه من الجنسيه التركيه في الاستقبال حيث تكلم معي بشده وصراخ للخروج من الغرفه من غير تاخير حيث كانت الساعه وقت الاتصال 12:20 تقريبا

على العموم يستحق الزياره في المرات القادمه والسعر كان مرتفع وهو في جميع فنادق طرابزون خلال فتره الصيف تكون الاسعار مرت

الاطلاله جميله حيث تفتح الغرف على ساحل البحر المكان هادي جدا يوجد سوبر ماركت تحت الفندق وكذلك مقهى ومطعم تحت الفندق جلسات جميله ومريحه وكذلك هناك ساحل امام الفندق ومكان للجلوس والسباحه ومراكب سفن
