Pros:

My second time there, really really good place. Haven't stayed long enough to emphasise small things, the staff is great, location is great, etc.

Cons:

Communication on booking could be a bit more responsive but at this stage, not a train smash.

Pros:

Very comfortable hotel. We stayed with our young children in a loft apartment. It was spacious, well equipped with a kitchenette, dining table, and separate sleeping areas for parents and kids. The kids loved the bathtub and the jar of homemade cookies in the room. The breakfast was lovely and the staff were incredibly helpful and welcoming. Overall, a great place to stay before embarking on our adventure across the Namib desert.

You will really enjoy The Weinberg.
Pros:

Everything. Very nice and comfortable room, pleasant & friendly staff and good bar food and plentiful breakfast.

Cons:

Nothing although be aware it is slightly outside the main centre of Windhoek but that was fine for my purposes.

Pros:

Schöne Rooftop Bar, mehrere Restaurants, sehr sauber, gute Parkmöglichkeiten, 24/7 Security.

Cons:

Personal freundlich, aber teilweise etwas unpersönlich. Teilweise begrenzter Service. (im Innenhof nur auf Nachfrage, auf der Dachterrasse kein Kaffee etc.)

Exceptional service
Pros:

From the airport pickup, through the 2 day stay and back to the airport was an absolute treat. Every single staff member went above and beyond. Will definitely be going back on my next trip to Namibia

Excellent pour un stop à Windhoek.
Pros:

Très bel hotel, chambre très confortable, superbes douches et baignoires. Superbes peignoirs.
Grand lit très confortable.
Chauffage efficace en hiver.
Bon petit déjeuner.
Bon choix de restaurant autour.

Cons:

Le parfum de chambre mis au service de nuit, une horreur, et surtout en quantité trop importante. Ce genre de détail fait tache dans un 5 etoiles. On a du ouvrir la porte de la chambre pendant 1h. A la limite demandez aux clients si ils souhaitent parfumer la chambre avant. Ou alors il faut en mettre 10 fois moins.

Pas de TV connectée, dommage.
