Great location, great staff.
Pros:

The staff were friendly and helpful. The room was quiet, which was great. Breakfast was grand. I would like if there were some mixed berries and a 0%fat authentic Greek Yogurt available. They are provided in the Clayton Hotel and it would actually encourage me to stay there in future.

Couple visit to Cork
Pros:

Perfect location for all the sites, bars and restaurants in the road behind hotel, hotel was clean modern and had all the facilities you could want, gorgeous breakfast. Friendly staff

What did you like about the property?
The hotel was modern, clean, and in a perfect location within walking distance of the city centre. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the room was comfortable and quiet. Breakfast was very good with plenty stay.

Cons:

There wasn’t anything major to complain about.

A spacious room and great bar couldn’t make up for a serious safety concern and a lack of basic essentials.
Pros:

Spacious room. Great bar — enjoyed a Beamish while watching the Champions League final. Reception responded quickly and provided a cot once I raised it at the desk.

Cons:

Found the tip of a box cutter blade on the floor — a serious safety concern with an 18-month-old toddler who could have picked it up or put it in his mouth. Insufficient towels and toilet paper during the stay. No cot prepared on arrival despite booking with a toddler during my birthday stay.

Great location.. well equipped room with comfortable bed.. nice helpful staff..
I stayed here in 2020 and came back this year.. same quality & same great experience

La ubicación es muy buena para visitar la ciudad.
Los desayunos estaban bien preparados.

Cons:

En nuestra opinión, el servicio de habitaciones no realiza su trabajo en una hora adecuada. Un día llegamos al hotel a las 17:00 h. y la habitación no estaba recogida, al día siguiente nos pasó una situación parecida. En la recepción los trabajadores no están centrados en su trabajo, se comprometen a realizar una llamada por la mañana temprano a modo de despertador y esa llamada nunca se produjo.

Tolles Frühstück
Pros:

Das Haus liegt zentral und doch ruhig. Das Restaurant ist ausgezeichnet, das Frühstück üppig.

Cons:

Gut 500 Euro für zwei Übernachtungen für eine Person in einem geräumigen, aber auch nicht spektakulären Zimmer sind schon üppig.
