Pros:

Really nice clean. Very accessible

Cons:

We had a double bed and single bed. My side of the bed had basically collapsed. A really big dip in the bed that was really uncomfortable. The single bed was not comfortable whatsoever. We were away for our anniversary for the night and it was a bit of a shame.

Bad experience at the Maldron Hotel South Mall, Cork
Pros:

Very little to like. Just the location.

Cons:

We booked for two nights three months ago. When we arrived we were put into an older barrier free room with a windows view of rusted mechanical equipment on an adjacent roof. We were told we could change our room if we didn't like it. We didnt like it but we didn't get another room until 11:00am the next morning.
The breakfast food was essentially gone. Very little fruit left.
No kleenex left in either room we were in. The mattress was too soft and uncomfortable.
The man at the desk said rooms are allotted on a first come first serve basis yet we booked and paid three months earlier.

Está muy bien ubicado el hotel es moderno y agradable pero no hablan español y la higiene en las habitaciones… dudosa
Pros:

Las camas cómodas y sobretodo la ubicación

Cons:

Falta de higiene… muy sucio bajo las camas, sin escobilla para el wc, no limpiaban el baño

Cons:

Couldn't get back into the room to collect my bags though check out was anytime up till 12pm...staff said we could be charged for another night if we didn't leave the room immediately....thought that was rude....

Breakfasts are OK, the hotel restaurant seemed to be doing good business; above all, VERY central
Pros:

Location is good - just a few yards down from the Imperial Hotel on South Mall, within easy walking distance of everything in the city centre.

Cons:

The first room we were offered had such a musty smell that we asked for another one (and just to show how bad it was, in our 40 years together this was the first time we have complained about anything at a hotel).

Mix up
Pros:

I like the friendly staff and the restaurant was lovely

Cons:

I didnt like been waiting for the room as it wasn't ready we had to wait then we we got there it still wasn't ready and they had told us the wrong room but they but us in another room they got mixed up

Ihan kelpo hotelli, erinomainen sijainti ja pääosin hyvä henkilökunta.
Pros:

Kun saavuimme hotelliin ja olimme kirjautumassa hotelliin sisään, koko alueella meni sähköt (klo oli noin 24.00). Henkilökunta teki kyllä parhaansa ja saimme laukkumme huoneeseemme kunhan sähköt palautuivat, joskus klo 01.00.
Hotellin sijainti on todella hyvä. Aamiainen oli myös ihan ok.

Cons:

Ilmastointi ei ihan toiminut, johtui ehkä osaksi sähkökatkosta. Yöllä oli aika nihkeä nukkua aavistuksen liian kuumassa huoneessa. Mitään muuta ei ole varsinaisesti valitettavaa.

Excellent location, great staff, a nice place to stay in Cork.
Pros:

Staff were exceptional. The rooms were all appointed in the overall hotel was pleasant. Breakfast was good.

Cons:

I had a problem with my initial room assignment. But the staff did their best to correct it as soon as possible. And I was very pleased with the outcome.
