Lovely set up, all staff were so friendly!
Pros:

Loved the location walking distance of everything

Cons:

I didn’t like the bathroom it was more of a wet room but I do know it was more for a wheelchair accessibility which is very good! But it was very hard to keep the floor clean from water once you use it, would have loved a proper-shower and/or bath, over all a lovely place!

Slept very well, good location near shops.
Pros:

Well organised, clean and bright, staff very professional and helpful. Great location overlooking the river Lee. We also had an evening meal which was excellent.

A pleasant stay in a modern hotel with good facilities on a lovely city
Pros:

One member of our group has limited mobility and the facilities to accommodate someone with these problems were really good, the hotel was centrally located in city centre, so well within reach to pretty much everything the city had to offer, the room was modern and clean and comfortable, breakfast was good with plenty of options,

Great Location
Pros:

The location was perfect. Only a short stroll to the English Markets, shops and eateries. The beds were comfortable and everything was very clean. The staff were all very helpful and friendly. We ate at the restaurant onsite for dinner and breakfast and found the food to be very good value for money and delicious.
