Buona la posizione, ma servizio non all'altezza di un 4 stelle.
Pros:

Posizione molto comoda a due passi dal centro e dalle principali attività. Tutto sommato comodo anche il parcheggio, che si raggiunge a piedi in meno di 5 minuti.

Cons:

Eravamo in 3, 2 adulti e 1 bambino in una stanza con letto matrimoniale + singolo.
Al nostro arrivo la dotazione prevedeva, giustamente, 3 teli per la doccia quindi uno per persona. Dal secondo giorno in poi, la persona che ha rifatto la camera ne ha lasciati solo 2 e così avanti i restanti giorni.
Secondo problema: dopo un paio di giorni abbiamo finito uno dei due rotoli di carta igienica in dotazione. Il mattino dopo, l'inserviente ha preso via il rotolino di quello finito ma non ne ha messo uno nuovo. Risultato: il giorno dopo siamo rimasti praticamente senza carta igienica e abbiamo dovuto fermare un dipendente a caso nel corridoio per farcene dare un altro.
Terzo problema: la camera aveva in dotazione il bollitore per tè e caffè con relative tazze. Servizio che noi abbiamo usato. Peccato che le tazze sporche non venissero mai pulite. Dopo due giorni ci ho rinunciato e le abbiamo lavate noi a mano nel lavandino del bagno. Per carità, non è un gran problema ma in hotel 4 stelle di questo prezzo mi aspetto un certo tipo di attenzioni che qui sono del tutto mancate.

La localización era muy cómoda

Cons:

La limpieza mejorable, no limpiaron la habitación ningún día a pesar de estar toda la mañana fuera y el nórdico y la almohada tenían manchas.

Pros:

La chambre et son confort

Cons:

Notre chambre, la 408, donnait directement sur une poubelle container pour verre, ce qui était extrêmement bruyant !
