Rilassante, oltre le aspettative
Pros:

Colazione e cena con ampia scelta e quantità di cibo, oltre che ottimo. Personale sempre gentile e disponibile. Ottimo anche il bistrot "La verandina" per i pranzi, sia da asporto che da consumare al tavolo.
Super apprezzato il distributore d'acqua, sia naturale che frizzante, presente all'ingresso dell'hotel. All'arrivo in stanza si trova una borraccia e delle piadine in omaggio.
Dimensioni della camera ampie, con ampio terrazzino ben curato.
Il bagno numero 21 (convenzionato con la struttura) a cui ci siamo appoggiati per la spiaggia era molto ben pulito e curato, con gestori e staff super disponibili e simpatici.

No soundproofing and poor air quality

Cons:

1. Soundproofing in the hotel is non existent you can practically hear your neighbours steps or conversation and they dont even need to speak loud. Constant slamming of doors in night are not helping it either. You can forget about calm sleep until at least 2 o'clock in morning.- totally not 4 star hotel experience.
2. Staff was very fast to answer on messages when we ordered extra services but when we complained about noise and how to resolve it we never got an answer - very uprofessional.
3.. Hotel is located next to square with main stage in the city where concerts occur almost every day so prepare for a lot of noise from outside as well.
4. Air quality in rooms was very poor no aircirculation if you turn off AC - so you had to run AC in night which got us both sick. The rist on the inlet and outlet for air was so dusty that it seemed HVAC system was cleaned last time when Italy won the worldcup.....
5. Evening bufet promised seafood - there was no seafood.
6. Very small uncomfortable beds.

.... I am being strict here because hotel claims to be 4 star and that is why we decided to stay there. Our experience felt like 2 star.
Not worth the money - Many 3 star hotels in that area seemed more legit than this one.

Personale preparato e super accogliente. Ottimo buffet colazione e cene squisite ( molto comodo e pratico servizio a buffet ).
Posizione tranquilla ma vicinissima al mare, bagno convenzionato Olimpia tranquillo ed accogliente.

Cons:

Camera un po trascurata che non ha rispecchiano in pieno le aspettative date le foto presentate sul sito.
Bagno minimal. Suggerimento......investire in nuovi asciugamani.

Cena e colazione a buffet con scelta varia e di qualità. Personale professionale e cortese. La camera matrimoniale Delux era adeguata e ben tenuta, graditi i servizi interni alla camera.

Il nostro ritorno d'autore in Romagna.
Pros:

Buona qualità e grande varietà del self service sia per la colazione che per la cena, primi e secondi piatti espressi e serviti dai cuochi, bravissimi e preparati i ragazzi di sala.
Ottima la zona wellness. Staff gentile e disponibile.

Cons:

La nostra camera per tre persone un po' piccola e datata così come il bagno. La moquette delle scale e dei corridoi camere un po' vecchiotta.
