Gute Lage unhöfliches Personal
Pros:

Die Lage ist super. Das Hotel ist schön und sauber.

Cons:

Leider sehr unhöfliches Personal. Wir sind um 14 Uhr angekommen und es wurde noch nicht einmal hallo gesagt von der Person an der Rezeption. Wir wurden nur wortlos darauf hingewiesen, dass die Rezeption erst um 16 Uhr öffnet. Auf die Frage ob wir unsere Taschen dort lassen können wurde nur geantwortet, dass das doch auf dem Schild stehen würde. Bei dem Preis erwarte ich wenigstens ein hallo wenn man ankommt.

Das Hotelzimmer war sehr schön und das Bett sehr bequem. Alles war sauber und freundlich. Die Lage ist hervorragend.

The outdoor area surrounding was nice, but I would look for other accommodations.
Pros:

Location was great, the room was large and had air conditioning

Cons:

It was so worn. Not very clean, there was a leak that had been in our room. The curtains were broken. The carpeting everywhere was gross. No coffee pot in room. Breakfast was expensive

The hotel's location was incredible. It can just get a bit noisy after midnight...

Cons:

The view from the room's windows was delightful, but the lack of window screens bothered us; since we were by the river, there were plenty of mosquitoes, so we couldn't open the windows.

Fantastisk frukost, nästan för mycket att välja mellan. Härligt utsikt över floden. Stort rum.

Cons:

Parkering för 25€/dygn erbjuds men kan inte reserveras. Hotellet äger inte parkeringen och tar inget ansvar för denna. Vi blev debiterade 50€ för 17 tim. Flera andra gäster fick samma problem. Mastercard accepterades inte vid betalning. Fick lämna platsen som en smitare. Omöjligt att kontakta ägarna till parkeringen Smart Parking. Får nu vänta med oro på eventuell faktura med straffavgift. Dåligt, dåligt, dåligt!!!

Optimale Lage des Hotels - mitten im Geschehen
Pros:

Superschöne Lage im Zentrum der Altstadt, umgeben von Restaurants und den wunderschönen Häusern, die Lüneburg ausmachen. Alle Sehenswürdigkeiten waren fußläufig zu erreichen. Großzügiges Zimmer mit schöner Aussicht auf die Stadt.
Parkplatz war vorhanden.

Cons:

Da wir etwas zu früh ankamen, wurden wir sehr unfreundlich an der Rezeption empfangen und zunächst wieder weggeschickt. Das spätere einchecken gestaltete sich chaotisch, da zunächst der Parkschein vergessen, dann falsch ausgefüllt wurde. Keinerlei Hinweise auf Besonderheiten im Hotel. Wir haben dann auch darauf verzichtet.

Die Lage ist unbezahlbar.

Cons:

Die Toilettenbrille weist braune Ablagerungen auf.(Es wird wohl nicht richtig gereinigt. )
Es ist unser 2. Aufenthalt und in beiden Bädern ist die Toilette als Zumutung zu verstehen.
Die Klobrillen müssen dringend ausgetauscht werden.

Die Lage am Stint, mitten in der historischen Altstadt ist unschlagbar. Auch das Frühstücksbuffet ist umfangreich und lecker.

Cons:

Auch hier muss man eine Reinigung während des Aufenthalts extra bestellen. Die Zeiten, in denen man in einem Hotel davon ausgehen konnte, dass die Betten gemacht werden, scheinen vorbei zu sein.
