Pros:

Perfect location in the city center, close to bus, train, shops, restaurants. Nice and kind stuff

Cons:

Beds are not comfortable to sleep, you can hear the noise thru windows even they are closed (rooms with road view)

Overall would have been enjoyable, but poor night sleep due to toilet issue.
Cons:

The toilet ran with water the whole time, did say to reception, told it was a design fault and there was a knack to stopping it- to push both flush buttons in quickly and it would stop, this did not work at all. Very poor night's sleep, mentioned again in the morning, reception said we could of had our room moved if we had told the night shift. Also told they were waiting on parts and get similar complaints on a daily basis.

No fuss check in & out. Staff excellent. Well pleased with birthday additional celebrations.
Pros:

Easy parking & central to our reason for visiting Newcastle.

Cons:

The mattress was a tad ‘lumpy’ which could have been better.

A clean & comfortable stay. Good location for town

Cons:

The car park situation was not very clear. Your website stated you could offer a discount on the local Q parking multi storey but the reception staff, rather unhelpfully, said it had to be pre booked. No discount was offered to us.

الموقع ممتاز قريب من المول ومحطة القطار وتعاون موظفين الاستقبال ، بشكل عام التجربة ممتازة بس يبغالهم يركزوا ع مستوى تنظيف الغرف اكثر .

Cons:

مستوى النظافة ( من دخلت الغرفة والارضية ماكانت نظيفة، كان فيها فتافيت اكل والحمام كمان فيه شعر وفتافيت ، وكلمت العاملة تنظف بس للاسف ماسوت شي غير انها حطت مناشف وقهوة ومويا فقط . وكمان طلبت من الفندق سلبر و روب ماعندهم روب والسلبر قالي الموظف انهم ما يعطوا الا البريميوم .

The hotel staff is great, however guests should be able to control the AC individually

Good with improvements needed for house keeping
Pros:

The location is very good, Room was comfortable, staff was nice and friendly, the restaurant ambience is good

Cons:

The tea cup and spoon were used and not cleaned, the bathroom was very smelly, there was no exhaust, in fact the exhaust was throwing very bad odor. There was a used earbud under the bedsheet
