Once again great
Pros:

2nd time here. 2nd great result. My only detractor last time was the pool was be repaired. Even that was resolved this time.

Natalie was incredible again and was kind enough to arrange the cocoa/coconut dessert- Beijinho de Coco for me. She told me about them on my first trip and they were great.

Jaqueline was awesome..

The dinner was great and Gabriel did a great job.

Stay here if you can.

O atendimento dos funcionários é impecável em todos os sentidos. Desde a recepção, manobristas, restaurante, etc. Parabéns à equipe!
O quarto estava bem limpo.
O café da manhã é realmente um diferencial com opção a lá carte e buffet . O ovo Benedict estava perfeito!

Cons:

Única ressalva que faço aqui, de toda hospedagem, é a área da piscina. Necessita de maior atenção. A água estava um tanto suja. O fundo das piscina, principalmente na área externa, apresenta um “limo” escorregadio, assim como nas bordas. E aquela área próxima à borda externa de vidro, a água está verde, com bolhas e mal cheiro. Falta limpeza. Em um hotel desta categoria, isso merece atenção.

O quarto e muito cómodo, o staff simpático e também achei o local calmo, muito embora se se ouça o ruído do comboio.

Cons:

Muito embora o hotel não tivesse muita gente ao pequeno almoço somente no longe achei o staff mais prestavel, na sala muitas vezes era necessário chamar vários vezes.

Excellent Stay
Pros:

Excellent stay! The hotel is beautiful, the rooms are spacious, spotless, and very comfortable, the pool and spa 👌🏾. The staff are exceptionally friendly and attentive, always ready to help. A special mention to the breakfast, which is absolutely wonderful, delicious, varied, and the perfect way to start the day. I would highly recommend this hotel and would gladly stay here again. In 2 weeks, we stayed 2 times!
