Voy a este hotel la mayoría de las veces que voy a São Paulo h es exelente … sin quejas ya que está todo bien pensado apesar de ser una cadena grande saben cuidar como boutique… y cuando tuve dificultades como de estas estancia lo arreglan muy bien con mucho cuidado … así que se ganan oso cientes sin problema
