The conditioner was empty in the shower. It smelled like cigarettes in the hallway.

The facility was more than adequate for a comfortable stay.
Pros:

Very central location, handy to buses, and food. Also supermarkets. My room had facilities for cooking/heating fast food, so this could save on meal expences.

Cons:

When showering the bathroom tended to flood, this required rolling up the floor mat and wiping the excess with a towel.
