Absolutely incredible value for money by far the best place I have stayed in a very long time
Pros:

Showed up a little early and room was ready to go and I could not fault this place it was exceptionally clean not one ounce of dirt on any surface. Very impressed with the space and amenities provided. Kitchen had everything you could need as well. Staff were just as incredible it was clear that they were well trained and overall just very welcoming, friendly and assistive. Also a great location wasn’t too noisy but central to everything. Very impressed and will not be staying anywhere else in the future

A good overnight stop in an excellent location.
Pros:

Check in was easy and the location is excellent. The room was well equipped and clean, if a little small.

Cons:

It was a ground floor unit and the street noise immediately outside the window was intrusive. Undercover parking was not available.

Modern and close to shops and restaurants

Cons:

bathroom doorway had a nasty sharp strip that was quite an obvious trip hazard which could have easily caused a cut foot. Shower door only opened inwards that I expect is not legal as there would be no access if someone collapsed in the shower.

Despite the minor issues I stated above, I will be staying here again every time I come to Canberra
Pros:

I didn't have the breakfast

Cons:

Only issue I had with the room was the water leaked from the shower onto the floor which left a large puddle around the toilet. The bed was a bit too soft for my back.

The price was right and it served it's purpose.
Pros:

Good location. The room was clean and comfortable. The staff very pleasant. The receptionist kindly upgraded my room.

Cons:

Using the GPS in my car, I found it difficult to identify the building, though my GPS said I had arrived at my destination. The phone number on my booking paperwork was not helpful. So I drove up and down the street several times.
The bathroom design was not really workable. Very pokey and no vanity space. The shelf and mirror arrangement is difficult for ladies trying to apply make-up. No hand towel was supplied. Water leaked from beneath the shower door, soaking the bath mat entirely.

Short stay and enjoyed using the room. It had everything I needed and I slept well in the comfy bed.
Pros:

The room was cosy, very clean and comfortable. The bathroom was small but very useable thanks to the shelf under the mirror. Shower pressure was really good. Great location.

Cons:

Only stayed 2 nights and didn't really find anything I didn't like.
