Love the location and the fact we can bring our dog. Room is a good size super clean and the beds are always comfortable. Super friendly staff and a hassle-free late check in system. Being across the road from the awesome Penny University Cafe is a super bonus. Our first choice for Canberra trips

Location was great! Lots of shops and restaurants within walking distance of the hotel.
Also got a free bed upgrade, which was neat! Also got a special pressie for my mum because we were celebrating her birthday.
Bathroom grout was dingy. Underground car park was full, but thankfully we got street parking free because it was a weekend. Pillows were one size and were not comfortable at all, could have used a less-filled option which was better for our necks.

Simple, clean and in a great location. It had all the basic amenities that we needed for our 2 nights stay
No breakfast at hotel but this is only a minor issue because there are lots of restaurants near by and all within 10 minutes walk
