Conveniently located in Kingston with ample parking, cafes and restaurants around. Facilities are clean, spacious, and comfortable. Staff helpful.
Soundproofing is super poor and noise travels through the building, both internally and from the street. Earplugs recommended!

Didn’t really need to pay for secure parking- there was enough free parking in the times I was there

The staff were very pleasant and helpful. The room was spacious and well lit and the bed was very comfortable. We walked to our function in 10 minutes.

Large room with very comfortable bed. Good facilities eg washing machine etc
Loo seat was falling off but worked. Not as close to Kingston foreshore as we anticipated. Ie 10 mins walk. Made up for this by having nice restaurants opposite.

Location was excellent with cafes etc close by. walking distance to lake. id left one ear pod behind and 2 of my own pillows, staff were extremely honest and helpful. items were returned. extremely grateful.
Beds were extremely uncomfortable. if you sat on edge, you rolled off. mattress had patches of material sewed onto edges.
We stay often and it was lovely as always
