Soulless, expensive and underwhelming
Pros:

The hotel is situated in the heart of the old town and easy walking for ferries and the airport bus.
Quiet location and the rooftop

Cons:

Over priced
Lack of facilities ie no bar, cafe or restaurant - which was not advised on booking only a vending machine
Cheap toiletries and room coffee!
Roof top needs an overhaul for guests to enjoy
No warm welcome, very transactional, no advice or information given on arrival
The photos are misleading the rooms are not spacious and needs some tlc
No spare blankets !

Overpriced
Pros:

The hotel is in a great location in Split Old Town.

Cons:

I’d say it’s pushing it to call this hotel 4 star. The room was ok, but the bed was super hard, and the sofa bed for our daughter had extremely uncomfortable ridges in it. The towels were old and hard, and the toiletries were cheap. There was also only instant coffee and only fruit tea bags. Aircon was very weak.

Pros:

O quarto, a instalação todos muito bons. As recepcionistas muito atenciosas. O café da manhã não fica dentro do hotel, deve-se caminhar uns 10 minutos até ele, não é algo ruim, mas deveria ser mencionado previamente.

Prezadovoljan osobljem, narocito recepcijom. Svakom zahtevu su izlazili u susret i resavali ga sa lakocom istog trenutka. Ogromna preporuka.

Notre séjour aurait été plus favorable si l'hôtel était dans de meilleures conditions.
Pros:

L'hôtel était très bien situé, nous étions au centre du Old Split, nous étions proches de tout et ça c'était la seule chose que nous avons vraiment apprécié.

Cons:

1. le fait que l'ascenceur soit au premier étage et nous devons monter les valises lourdes dans les escaliers toutes seules.
2. L'éclairage de la chambre était vraiment mauvais.
3. La douche ainsi que le robinet étaient vraiment une catastrophe pour régler l'eau.
4. Lorsque je me suis douchée le premier jour, une visse m'est tombée dessus, je l'ai mise sur le rebord de la douche mais personne ne l'a ramassée.
5. Nous avions attrapées des punaises de lit et lorsque nous avons demandé de changer les draps ou même de changer de chambre cela n'a pas plu à la réceptionniste.
6. Les femmes de ménages passent le soir à 17h30 lorsque nous étions entrain de nous doucher et n'ont donc pas fait la chambre car nous étions là.

Pros:

Excellent location in the old town. Nice big bathroom. Nice personnel. There is a flight of stairs to get to the elevator. The breakfast was also ok, at a nearby restaurant, 500 meters from the hotel.

Great location.
Pros:

Great location, 2 mins from the harbour strip. Jimmy and Sonya were both lovely accommodating, Jimmy showed us the nearby local Spar so that we could stock up on essentials. Sonya tried her best to get our tv working, as the advertised channels BBC and CNN weren’t working. In fact, they didn’t work during our stay because the management didn’t respond to Sonya’s requests to fix the tv; disappointing. Breakfast was in the Fife bar, approx 10 mins walk along the harbour. We didn’t mind the walk, yet it might be a strange thing for other guests, not expecting the early morning walk. The rooftop area was nice, albeit sparse. We watched the sunset and the lightening storm from there. If more attention was paid to ensuring the bedside electric sockets and usb sockets working, then I would have rated this 4 star experience. Nice shower, poor aircon.
