Pros:

Excellent location in the old town. Nice big bathroom. Nice personnel. There is a flight of stairs to get to the elevator. The breakfast was also ok, at a nearby restaurant, 500 meters from the hotel.

Convenient and amazing old town location!
Pros:

In the heart of the Diocletian palace and right by the Split Riva! Many restaurants around. Very convenient location! No noise in the room where I was!

10 min from ferry port and from buses that take to the airport.

Cons:

Breakfast is offsite (10 min walk) at a restaurant. Breakfast is descent.

Great location and style is cute in keeping with the age of the building. Staff are super friendly and helpful.

Cons:

Issues with air con in our room. Wardrobe door was damaged. Bathroom door would not open fully. Shower door had gaps. Bed was not the comfiest

Ingen ting. Står at de har 4 stjerner. Hvordan i alle dager har de fått det. La meg i rått fuktig sengetøy. Det luktet mugg
Med det samme du kommer i resepsjonen. Vi skulle være 2 netter, men kom oss fort ut neste morgen. Ingen i resepsjonen til å ta i mot nøkler da vi dro.. ikke opplevd noe sånt tidligere. Styr unna.

The property is just OK. The photos make it look much more elegant than it really is. However, the location is excellent
Pros:

The location is ideal.

Cons:

The entrance to the property leads much to be desired! You go down a little dirty alley that has no ambience and there is no sign to the front door of the property. Everyone is confused trying to find it.

We booked this hotel last minute for an unplanned overnight stay in Split. It was perfectly located in the heart of the old town, close to ferries port, yet it was quiet and very comfortable. The room was superb, and the service was very friendly. I left an umbrella in the room when I checked out and only remembered about it later. I messaged the hotel and they very kindly found the forgotten item and kept it for me until I could come to pick it up a week later.

Absolutely fabulous!
Pros:

We were late arriving but nothing was too much trouble - the room was amazing, and the location is fabulous. The old town is really pretty with a maze of little streets and although there was bustle, it was really relaxed and just a lovely place to be.

Cons:

We simply didn't have enough time there to enjoy the luxury of the hotel and the charms of Split...

The reception was unfriendly and unhelpful. I didn’t have housekeeping come because I was afraid they would steal my belongings. The room was dirty and noisy. The location was great, but if a hotel room affects your overall trip experience, don’t book it.

Charming stay in old town of Split
Pros:

Great hotel in the old town of Split. Great walkable location to all the nearby attractions. Wonderful front desk staff and they helped arrange airport transfer for us. Hotel is very old but has an elevator going up past the first floor. Beautiful rooftop terrace with a great view. Overall it was everything we needed in Split!

Cons:

The bed could have been more comfortable and had a few larger or softer blankets. Small quilts only.
