清潔だし安いし言う事ない。
Pros:

岡大病院目の前で飲食店もコインパーキングも沢山あり便利。ホテルスタッフと接点がないので、気をつかうことも無く楽。

Cons:

Wi-Fiは全くダメですね。

お部屋は広くありませんが、十分清潔感があり特に問題なく過ごせました。

Cons:

・バスルームが狭く、気にしないと肘が壁に当たりました。
・防音は弱いので、廊下で電話されている方の電話越しの声まで聞こえました。
