La ubicación es excelente, en pleno casco histórico. El personal es encantador, siempre dispuesto a ayudar y hacer cómoda nuestra estancia.

Great hotel on the heart of the old city
Pros:

The room was great and overlooked the plaza. The staff were excellent and they have the cutest courtyard bar and meal area that is fully covered.

Cons:

My only negatives were there is no lift and there was no fridge in the room.

Pros:

posizione eccezionale, atmosfera unica, posto magico. Siamo state fortunate anche ad usufruire del parcheggio gratuito a 50 metri dall'hotel. La vista sulla piazza medievale stupenda

Cons:

siamo arrivate con la pioggia verso le 17 ed è stata un po' lunga la procedura del chek in. Per il resto, tutto benissimo

Ubicación ideal.
Pros:

Ubicación excelente y una terraza encantadora donde poder desayunar o tomar algo. Si bien es verdad que pese a ser una cafetería del hotel no tienes ninguna prioridad siendo cliente para hacer uso de la misma.

Cons:

Las habitaciones necesitan de algún mantenimiento.
