Was really looking forward to getting away crushingly disappointed.
Pros:

Room was clean

Cons:

Main light in room flickered continuously so had to leave it off. The TV signal was intermittent. In the room there was only decaf coffee. The bathroom was a little grubby. The Hotel was on a static caravan site with a train line running across it which wasn't in the pictures. The food was poor/basic. Hotel staff were not personable.

Good room and food with friendly staff. Stay only let down by issues with the pool that
Pros:

The room was lovely and so were the staff. We had an evening meal and the food was excellent. Only there for one night so nice to take a slow walk down to the water,

Cons:

We had chosen the hotel specifically because the child in the party wanted a hotel with a pool - when we arrived the pool was out of action and nobody had let us know. We were able to use the pool before we left the next morning, but it had not had time to heat up and was freezing. This spoilt our enjoyment of the spa facilities which were a main point of our visit.

I very much doubt I will ever return there!
Pros:

Dinner at the onside restaurant was surprisingly good.
The staff was very nice and accommodating

Cons:

We were bitterly disappointed, because the booking.com advertising was completely misleading: this hotel is not on the beach; because there is a frequently used railway line right out front, its hard to get to the beach- which is very stony so not accessible, anyway.
The hotel sits in a trailer park, that isn’t mentioned, either .
The hotel is clean, but many years past it’s prime.
and last, but not least: the hotel is NOT in the vicinity of Tenby, instead of the advertised 19km one has to drive an hour plus for 54 km

Decent hotel would be even better when the spa and pool get going.
Pros:

Friendly staff. Good food at breakfast and evening meal in restaurant. Decent rooms.

Shame the pool and spa not in working condition.

Lovely friendly staff! Clean facilities, interesting interior decorations made me smile,lovely location.

Cons:

For the price you can’t fault it, food was great in the restaurant in the evening only negative is the chips, not the best but apart from that I utterly enjoyed!

A really enjoyable holiday, so good our friends are going to book a break away there in the Aurumn.
Pros:

The room was fantastic. Very spacious, a mezanine floor, lots of windows, sea view, and the most dog friendly hotel ever. The food was great and we enjoyed evenings on the terrace with drinks and even a partial eclipse.

Cons:

I felt the breakfast could have had a little more choice. I really only have a light breakfast consisting of a roll and jam, brioche or a pastry and this wasn't available. Husband really enjoyed the cooked breakfast though.

Pros:

Sehr schönes grosses Zimmer mit Meerblick. Im Zimmer gab es eine Kühlschrank. Die Matratze war sehr bequem und die Bezüge waren frisch. Hunde sind Willkommen im Frühstücksraum und im Restaurant. Am Strand durfte der Hund frei laufen.

Cons:

Frühstück vielleicht etwas früher anbieten.

Quiet little gem.
Pros:

Fabulous welcome as always. Great spa facilities included in the price, superb staff, lovely room with good selection for breakfast. We booked into the restaurant and the food and service were very good. Lovely location, for peace and quiet. Easy access to the village and estuary for walks.

Lovely staff need new mattresses
Pros:

The staff, especially, Monika ?? The Polish lady, were really lovely.

Cons:

They definetly need new mattresses and more lights. Everywhere was dark. I appreciate it would be really difficult to much about about it, but the bedroom was very, very hot. There were only 2 tiny windows that opened part way. We didn't know there was a caravan park.

Perfect few days
Pros:

Hotel was in a lovely location, nice to park the Car and do some easy walking . Was able to get the local ferry use the buses and the train . Made use of the swimming pool , jacuzzi, sauna and steam room. The food was exceptional and plentiful.

Pros:

Friendly staff, good restaurant and breakfast. Comfortable and relaxed. Interesting area. Individual style hotel with a lot of character. Swimming pool and gym good

Cons:

Air conditioning units near bedroom window a bit intrusive especially as no air con in room. Nearby railway line was not a problem as trains went by quickly without much noise
