**Ein tolles Hotel mit tadellosem Personal.** Alle sind freundlich, die Atmosphäre ist entspannt. Das Hotel wurde grundlegend renoviert, und soweit ich verstehe, sind weitere Änderungen geplant, unter anderem ein großer Kinderspielplatz im Freien unter den Kiefern.

Im Hotel gibt es einen beheizten Innenpool und eine Sauna, was im Oktober einfach super ist.

Das Essen ist hervorragend: Es gibt wirklich alles, sogar Jamón und Tabasco-Sauce. Fisch und Fleisch in allen Variationen gibt es immer.

Die Zimmer sind geräumig und gemütlich, sie wurden gereinigt und die Handtücher regelmäßig gewechselt.

Es gibt sogar Quads für Kinder und einen Tennisplatz.

Ich kann das Hotel nur empfehlen!

**Title:**
Great holiday: clean rooms, delicious food and caring staff

**What we liked:**
The rooms are clean and renovated. The staff gave us the room we had asked for and showed real understanding for our family's situation.

The all-inclusive food was excellent. We stayed over a week, and the menu was very varied across breakfast, lunch, afternoon snack and dinner. They served shrimp, salmon, 4-5 other kinds of fish, mussels, squid and much more. Everything was fresh, high quality and well prepared, and none of us had any stomach problems.

There is a nice spa with a heated pool and a sauna. Towels are unlimited, bathrobes are provided, and there are drinks and fruit right in the spa. The grounds also have two large pools and a kids' slide.

**The sea is an 8-minute walk from the hotel.** What we love about this region is that you get beaches for every taste in one place. There is a children's bay with fine pebbles and sand and shallow water. Nearby are rocks and boulders, great for swimming and snorkeling, which we really enjoy. Just 3 minutes' walk away are more typical beaches with larger pebbles. If you walk further, about 70 minutes, you reach truly wild beaches. A nice bonus: pine trees grow right on the beach.

I would also like to highlight the staff: attentive, well trained and working with real heart. In the restaurant everyone was constantly on the move, doing their job conscientiously. I especially want to mention the bartender near the reception, who on his own initiative poured a glass of water for my husband, who unfortunately had to work during our stay. It's a small thing, but it was very pleasant and truly guest-oriented. **Service is made of exactly such small things.**

Cons:

We missed a playground or play area in the hotel yard, for example with a sandbox. We would also love to see a more thoughtful kids' entertainment program, so that children would want to run there. The outdoor pools were colder than the sea in October, so we didn't use them.

Cons:

Reception took to long and let us without information for while. We could not buy ice-cream cornet for our baby who was looking other kids eating. In bar they did not have the same option. We could pay not problem for ice-cream.
