Very enjoyable shame about the road works outside which of coarse the hotel have no control over
Pros:

The property was clean but in need of some decoration after a water leak.

A very comfortable hotel, excellent staff, really helpful. Would go back again when visiting family

Nothing really, it suited me perfectly. As I was visiting family and only needed bead and breakfast

Dirty poor would not stay again

Cons:

Dirty room , food splashed up the side of the cupboard , shampoo blobs on the tiles in the shower. Drain backed up , mould in the shower. No staff around to check out. Didn’t stay for breakfast as no clean tables as 9 am even though the dining room was empty. No staff to ask dispute ringing the bell. No reply when I phone reception from the room. Door handle very stiff to room. Not able to leave in an emergency

Lovely old building, rooms had hairdryer, trousers press, fan etc

Cons:

Bed was a bit firm - like lying on concrete and could do with some new plumper pillows.
