Karen rocks. Outstanding hotel.
Pros:

The location was fantastic and the team were outstanding. Breakfast was good and the packed meals were a great bonus! We couldn't wait to return for our final night in Cusco after a night in Aguas Calientes. Karen was so kind and helpful during out stay, I am so grateful for her helping me out after feeling a bit sick at the end of my trip. (sickness was unrelated to the hotel!)

Una segunda casa con un equipo increíble.
Pros:

Este hotel está ubicado a unos pasos de la plaza de armas y de los principales atractivos turísticos. la zona es genial, rodeada de todo lo que puedas necesitar: restaurantes, cafeterías, lavanderías, agencias para reservar tus excursiones etc.
La habitación era enorme y muy cómoda. El detalle de tener infusiones a tu disposición todo el día es genial, nos vino muy bien.
El personal del hotel te hace sentir como en casa. Cori, en recepción es un amor, Emperatriz nos tuvo la habitación lista enseguida para que pudiéramos entrar antes de la hora y siempre lo tenía todo perfectamente impecable y julio y sus compañeros en el comedor hacen que tu día empiece con una sonrisa preparándote unos desayunos increíbles. Este es un lugar que elegir sin ninguna duda. Una segunda casa con un equipo increíble.

Cons:

Por buscarle un pero (que la verdad ya es difícil porque me encanta este lugar) al ser una habitación interior no podíamos ventilar como quisiéramos y cuando otros huéspedes pasaban por los pasillos se escuchaba bastante. Aunque la verdad es que descansamos de maravilla allí en cualquier caso

Pros:

Tudo! O cuidado está nos mínimos detalhes. Da decoração ao carinho com que preparam a acomodação, o café da manhã, os chás que ficam sempre disponíveis e que nos ajudaram muito na aclimatação, a recepção 24h com pessoas muito simpáticas e a localização, que é EXEPCIONAL. Tivemos momentos incríveis em Cusco. Gratidão Cooper Hotel! You are amaizing!

Hotel novo, com excelente café da manhã, equipe extremamente solícita e gentil, ótima localização - perto do centro histórico, podendo fazer a maioria dos passeios na cidade a pé. Fornecem kit de café da manhã para levar durante os passeios que geralmente ocorrem de madrugada. Dispõe de uma variedade de chás e água para uso em qualquer horário.

Cons:

Ficamos em um quarto que a janela abria para o corredor do prédio, não havendo uma boa ventilação - o que deixava o quarto abafado. Não há ar condicionado (mas disponibilizam ventilador e aquecedor).
