Abuso do hotel e falha na segurança
Cons:

Funcionário foi ao meu quarto na minha ausencia e filmou a habitação com meu filho menor dentro. Muito rude bateu na porta da ahabitacao assustando a criança, isso por volta das 20:00 hr , retornou batendo duro na porta depois das 23:00 hr, sem se identificar mandando eu descer para a portaria sem explicar o porquê . Pensamos que o hotel estava sendo assaltado. Funcionário estava na realidade cobrando a diária , vez que algo entre o booking e o hotel não funcionou corretamente e o hotel ainda não havia recebido o valor da diária desse último dia dos 3 reservados ( 2 o booking debitou no cartão e o terceiro não )

Pros:

La ubicación y la ducha la decoración del baño estaba linda.

Cons:

El colchón de la cama estaba dañado estaba hundido en el centro de la cama lo que hacía imposible estar cómodo, la ventana deba a si los ductos de aire, la limpieza fue mala el piso estaba sucio al igual que muchas cosas llenas de polvo, el aire acondicionado no funcionaba bien, y la habitación por lo cerca que estaba del ascensor el ruido era insoportable. Las instalaciones por fuera tienen buena fachada y esta bonito pero no fue placentera ni cómoda mi estadía.
