旅館的人員非常專業，整體住宿的經驗是愉快的。未來會再入住的。

早餐中規中矩，沒太大的變化。旅館的地點非常方便，也沒有治安上的問題。

Cons:

枕頭即便有兩個也是軟。最大的問題是被單，完全不透氣。每晚是全身濕透醒的。想加入它的會員，介面對非日本人非常不友善。

Comfort Hotel Sapporo lives up to it's name.
Pros:

It's location was good. The staff were very friendly and breakfast was good. The room was clean. Clean towels and an empty bin every day was excellent.

Cons:

The room was a little bit on the small size, but was fine for me.
