Pros:

Great location, near the metro entrance. Walkable to the shopping district, but is tucked away in a quiet street.
Hotel is modern, clean.
Free decent breakfast for all the guests.
Have limited space to keep your luggage after checking out.

It was great to stay there. The staff are super helpful, kind, and welcoming ❣️ I'm in Okinawa now and I already miss them!
They even did their best to assist me to find a shop where I could buy a suitable SIM card for my apparently old phone. Just go to BIC CAMERA if the same thing happens to you 😉
Also I really liked the buffet breakfast which is yummy, varied, and healthy. Besides, it's in Susukino which is the the most lively neighbourhood in Sapporo from what I observed. There are several options of restaurants here. The atmosphere at the hotel is chill and cozy. All in all, I absolutely recommend staying here if you visit Sapporo.

Cons:

I missed having a closet in my room instead of a few hangers. Also instead of a laundromat, since many of us travel for pleasure, it would be good to provide laundry service so that we don't need to worry about doing laundry ourselves.
