Very helpful staff, the pool was unbelievable, to swim at 28 degrees in winter was amazing!
Pros:

The best breakfast we've ever had - from amazing green juice, staff making a special pot of ginger and lemon tea, as well as coconut yoghurt, fresh pancakes, they had the works!!

Lovely friendly staff and after our one night stay our car was ready and waiting in a waiting area
Pros:

Location is fabulous.
We got there earlier than check in but they let us keep the car there which was really important as we had two toddlers and a place to go in the city centre.
When we got back we were able to check in earlier and all our luggage was already in the room.

Cons:

Maybe more milk and tea bags in the room but that was really minor point.

Cons:

Its always the little things. No option of instant coffee, not one biscuit to enjoy with a cuppa after a long journey on arrival. Things like that mean more than you would think.

The pool and swim up bar was great! Also loved the breakfast buffet! Staff was exceptionally friendly

Cons:

I personally found the pillows too soft! The conditioner was empty!

Delightful stay in a wonderful location.
Pros:

Beautiful hotel in an excellent location. The hotel has numerous dining outlets, and there are various other fabulous restaurants within easy walking distance. The rooms are spacious, spotlessly clean and well appointed. The bed is extremely comfortable. The hotel staff are friendly, knowledgeable and professional. The Club lounge has a good selection of evening canapés and hot food. The pool area is beautiful. Our stay was only overnight and we look forward to a longer stay next time so that we can enjoy all of the facilities. Overall, this is an excellent hotel.

Great Executive Lounge
Pros:

Modern hotel in central Brisbane and easy walking distance to river and CBD attractions. The executive club lounge is fantastic and quality of offerings is very high. Overall, a fantastic modern hotel, well located and a very good executive lounge.
