Pros:

+ Mitarbeiter sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend, man bemerkt das geschulte Personal.
+ Concierge Service für Parken gegen Gebühr 60 Dollar (=ca. 40€) pro Nacht. Den Preis wollte ich erst kritisieren, aber man findet auf der Strasse kaum öffentliche Parkplätze und diese sind teilweise zeitlich begrenzt in Australien und kosten ebenfalls Gebühren. Besonders gut hat uns gefallen, dass man das Auto für eine bestimmte Uhrzeit bestellen konnte, sodass es direkt vor der Tür fertig zum Losfahren stand.
+ Betten sehr gross und super bequem.
+ Als Aufmerksamkeit für unsere Hochzeitsreise wurde uns eine Flasche Champagner spendiert.
+ Lage gut und 5 Minuten vom Brisbane River entfernt.
+ Grosser Pool mit Bar und geheiztem Wasser.

Cons:

- Frühstück wurde uns für 49 Dollar pro Person am Tag angeboten. Wenn man morgens nicht gerade der Vielesser ist, dann vollkommen überteuert. In der Umgebung sind viele Möglichkeiten wo man die Hälfte bezahlt.
- Preise für Spa auch abenteuerlich hoch und abschreckend.
- Fenster konnte man nicht kippen für Frischluft.

Excellent, couldn’t be happier
Pros:

Buffet was amazing, staff were very pleasant and helpful. Would definitely stay again.

Cons:

Small thing - no air vent in the toilet so I think it’d be best to leave some air freshener for any rooms without vents. Having said that the toilets were well maintained and spotless.

Nice rooms and swim up bar pool but overpriced
Pros:

The rooms were good, the pillows were fantastic and the pool with the swimmer bar was also great

Cons:

Very expensive for what you got.
Valet parking was ridiculously expensive
Shower took ages to warm up
There were no little luxuries provided or complementary items. Hotel room had a useless pull out drawer fridge with some beers in it, we asked downstairs if these were complementary as there were absolutely no signs to indicate what was complementary and what wasn’t and we were told that no they were not complimentary. You had to pay for them. Very disappointing as we had stayed at similar hotels in the area and received free snacks and beers to celebrate the NRL magic round weekend.
Communication in general was poor no information on how to sign onto Wi-Fi given.
We just ended up not using any of the items in the room as we were concerned that they were gonna be charged at the end of our stay

Incredible, will be back for sure.
Pros:

Great location, super comfortable beds, very friendly staff, great service, breakfast was exceptional.

Cons:

$100 deposit per night was a bit steep. I know I get that money back, but it was a large extra charge to pay and not have that money available to spend on my holiday.

Pros:

Loved our stay here. The facilities were great, particularly the pool and swim up bar. The location is excellent and the breakfast was really nice too.

Cons:

The only small downpoints were it was our anniversary and when we mentioned that at check in we were told they'd send something up to our room, which never happened. Not a big deal but a tad disappointing. The other thing was the shower hot water temperature was extremely hard to adjust and was often either way too hot or way too cold.
