Cons:

I stayed here after a concert. I booked my room a day before and it was already paid for. When I arrived the guy checked me and told me my card was being ran for a hold of 150 dollars for incidental ( which is fine). However he ran my card for the full amount of the room and the deposit. He insisted that he didnt even after showing him my bank statement and text message of my card being charged. I also provided the confirmation email from booking.com stating my room was paid for and no payment was due at check in. Both men working that night insisted I wasn't charged and basically like oh well. With it being 3 am I went to my room and decided I would talk to a manger in the morning. I booked a king room and was put in a room with 2 little beds. The next morning thankfully a nice young lady helped me and also said the guy who checked me in realized his mistake and had the supervisor fix it. Now I have to wait 5 business days for my refund. The young lady at checkout was the only positive thing about my stay. Also before booking decide if you want to pay 60 dollars to park for one night.

Fast check-in, great environment, and a very comfortable stay. I would definitely stay here again.
Pros:

The check-in process was very fast and efficient. The staff were professional and friendly, and the hotel was clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The overall environment was excellent, and the location was very convenient.

1. Good location in downtown Washington, with many attractions, restaurants, and shops within walking distance.
2. The room was clean and comfortable.
3. I would also like to thank the hotel’s Lost & Found service. After I checked out, I realized that I had left some personal belongings behind. I received an email informing me that my items had been found, and I really appreciate the efficiency of this service. Thank you for taking the time to contact me.

Cons:

* Unfortunately, the front desk staff left a disappointing impression. They came across as rather arrogant and unapproachable, and I did not feel a genuine willingness to help guests.
* During my stay, I made three different requests, but unfortunately none of them could be accommodated.
* I also called the front desk once and remained on hold for quite some time, but no one answered or called me back.
* There was no complimentary bottled water in the room during my entire four-night stay. I am not sure whether guests are expected to request it, but it was never provided.
* There were no slippers in the room. This may seem like a small detail, but for many international travelers it is a basic amenity, and it made the stay less comfortable.
