Tolles Stadthotel
Pros:

Das Hotel hat uns sehr gut gefallen! Es ist wundervoll eingerichtet und sehr luxuriöse! Sehr schöne Zimmer mit großen gemütlichen Betten. Sehr freundliches Personal! Die Lage ist etwas abseits vom Zentrum, aber fußläufig in 20 Min. zu erreichen. Nahe dem Hotel ist aber auch die Haltestelle für den Bus ins Zentrum.

Cons:

Etwas enttäuscht waren wir, als wir um 22.30 noch ein Getränk in der Roof-Top-Bar bestellen wollten und uns, obwohl noch Leute dort saßen, gesagt wurde, dass um 23 Uhr geschlossen wird und wir nichts mehr bekommen könnten.
Beim Frühstück musste ich, nachdem ich Bescheid gab, dass keine Croissants mehr vorhanden sind, 10 Minuten warten, bis Neue gebacken wurden. Da hätte ich in diesem gehobenen Hotel etwas mehr Voraussicht erwartet.

Pros:

Beautiful hotel, very-well maintained, wonderful stay. Amazing staff, friendly, professional and most attentive. Cozy and relaxing spa facilities.

Cons:

Breakfast selection was a bit limited.
Not in walking distance to the city center.

The Mystery Hotel met AND exceeded every expectation we had from the moment we stepped inside.
Pros:

We loved every single thing. The staff were amazing, artwork was fun, carpet overhead was a great feature for entry, lift and lift doors were such a surprise, beds were comfy and perfect, I could literally go on for another chapter.

Cons:

We didn’t get to stay long enough to enjoy everything! We could have spent our entire 2 days just taking in all the amenities of the Mystery Hotel!

Disappointing experience, would not recommend.
Pros:

Beautiful building.

Cons:

Even though the hotel was seemingly empty we were located next to the service room. First night we had trouble sleeping due to a strange humming noise. The following day we brought it up and the noise disappeared miraculously. The design: bold bordering on kitschy, fake plants, fake astroturf. Honestly a pity given the beautiful historic building. Mattress and bedding subpar and definitely not suitable for a good hotel, let alone a 5-star facility. Staff seemed disinterested and the approach was not client-oriented. It all culminated when wanting to use the rooftop bar for drinks we were turned away by staff who seemed clearly bothered by our presence and greeted us with „yes, how can we help you?” before letting us know the space was supposedly closed for a private event (the reception staff immediately denied this). List could go on, overall disappointing experience.

Ein wunderbares Hotel mit einer fantastischen luxuriösen Ausstattung! Mit sehr viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet! Sehr gute und breite Betten! Freundliches Personal am Empfang und ein toller Kofferservice! Die Lage ist etwas außerhalb ( ca. 20 Min
zu Fuß/Bushaltestelle aber in der Nähe)

Cons:

Beim Frühstück musste ich leider nach einem Hinweis, 10 Min. warten, bis die Croissants aufgefüllt wurden. Und wir wollten abends um 22.30 in der Rooftopbar etwas trinken. Obwohl noch mehrere Personen dort saßen, bekamen wir mit dem Hinweis, dass die Bar um 23 Uhr schließt, nichts mehr.
