Pros:

The hotel’s location is very convenient, just a short walk from the city centre, while still being in a quiet area. We also appreciated the possibility of using a nearby partner car park and the affordable price, especially compared with other hotels in the area.
A special mention goes to Melissa at reception, who was extremely kind and helpful. She helped us choose a place to eat and even made the restaurant reservation for us. This was definitely the best part of our stay.

Cons:

The room is not very modern: the furniture is rather old-fashioned and the overall decor is quite minimalist. The bathroom is also small and a little uncomfortable.
During our stay, the bathroom door handle came loose and I had to put it back myself. In addition, some of the lights in the room were not working. However, after informing reception, the problem was fixed quickly.

La situation géographique et le personnel aimable.

Cons:

Télé avec une chaine sur deux qui fonctionne. Le wifi de mauvaise qualité. Moquette avec plusieurs tâches. Le petit déjeuner cher par rapport à la qualité des produits (rien de local).

L’accueil et les conseils de visites et de restauration

Cons:

Trouver des rognures d’ongles et des cheveux dans la baignoire nous a refroidi. Le mécanisme pour passer de la douche au bain défectueux et une mauvaise isolation du coup pas possible de dormir avant deux heures du matin à cause du bar situé dans la rue

Accueil, emplacement, conseils pour visite le lieu et restaurants, disponibilité du personnel, propreté. Emplacement très calme pourtant en centre ville. Climatisation

Cons:

Quelques insuffisances techniques sur l'entretien des infrastructures (table de nuit à réparer, vitres sales.. Literie moyenne et sans doute mal adaptée aux fortes chaleurs...la couette même peu épaisse n'était pas nécessaire, un drap suffisait.

Pros:

Nous avons passé une très belle semaine dans l'appartement de l'hôtel des Récollets. L'appartement est confortable avec 2 chambres, une pièce principale et un petit coin cuisine. Toutes les pièces sont équipées de climatisation, très appréciable en plein été. L'hôtel est situé dans le centre ville mais dans une zone très calme. Le parking à 200 m est très pratique.

Muy céntrico, ofrece posibilidad de parking cerca. El personal super amable y atento. La habitación muy cómodo y con AC lo que se agradeció un montón. Pasamos una muy buena noche aquí.
